Happy Friday fellow citizens of shine <3 I picked up another Goon style post kit for one of my Goon LPs last week. It's also been a while since I built one of my favorite mech squonks. Perfect excuse, right?

I took a wrap each off of a pair of Ni80 quad core claptons to get them to .11 and installed them into my LP.

Popped that onto my Ultem Armageddon box and loaded it up with some superior CTC. Pretty dang good.

I would sub some flavors. Prefer INW shisha pineapple, FA blood orange (red) mixed with FA royal orange (2 best oranges IMO), FLV tangerine. I would totally skip the Super Sweet.

There are others that look real good too.

Me too. I have a full Dire Straits concert from the 80's snagged from Dime some years back. Excellent quality video + audio. It's in one of several boxes full of concerts by many musicians/bands. All booted audio shows (some hi-qual + some not so) and booted pro-shot vids (not commercial/retail) on DVD.

I have an 85 yo slave driver for a “boss” this weekend lol. She’s relentless, and could bar none out work most 30 yo.s.
I thought I had left an aegis 100 and tank here for yard/lake. Nope! Been taking breaks to come and visit the BBs and dots . Visitation is over again.... off to wash the windows before the thunder boomer hits.
Someone remind me next week to put a freaking waterproof mod in the box to bring next week!!! Maybe the jackaroos? I think I still have a pair. Much unloved. This may be the only place they’ll ever see any use.

You would think not in central Alabama... google alligators/wetumpka, ala. That’s the closest “big” city. Apparently some years ago, LSU released some up here when gators were endangered. They’re still here . Fortunately??? it’s too cold for babies to make it, so a stable population. I thought it was an old wives tale, but noooo.
I put the FA Royal orange on my BCF list. The blood orange I really like. What are you using them in recipe wise?

You who notices all sorts of things on ppl's mods didn't notice your own heart. And in 30 years??? Mel!!!

Ok... had to hunt through my notebooks. Here, my favorite for the FA oranges.

FA Blood Orange 2.5%
FA Royal Orange 2.5%
FA Vanilla Classic (Madagascar) 2.5% [raise it to 3% if you want more vanilla]
FA Vienna Cream 2%
FLV Cream 6-8 drops (it's strong) to thicken + fuller mouthfeel

It's like a dreamsicle.

If you want even more vanilla add 1-1.5% INW Shisha Vanilla (yummy).

ETA: My notes say it's based off a HIC recipe.

ETA2: FA's Blood and Royal Oranges are the best orange combo I've found. I never use one without the other.

@NolaMel ... Skimming through my notes reminded me about another. Cloning Nectarcus! My taste buds were getting wonky with it cause I had multiple different testers going. Got frustrated with it and had to stop. Felt bad. Have written pages of notes though.

I am still very determined to complete it for us. And I will. Summer project.
