I can't fault them for having shipping delays. It's completely understandable. But it does seem like I have been hearing more about FT issues than places like sourcemore. I don't know if that is because people use FT a lot more than these other places, or if that they are just doing a worse job of keeping up with shipments.It's really not clear nowadays because of Covid. I used to order from FT, 3FVape, other Chinese vendors and never really had any problems--my packages always arrived within 2 weeks or so (epacket) when items were in stock and ready to ship. But my last shipment from FT (from November) got lost--tracking still shows it's in Los Angeles.But FT issued a refund even though it wasn't really their fault--the shipped the package. They honored their policy and I applaud them for that.
