I just realized that one big difference between the old Dvarws and the new FL versions is that the new ones have glass. Isn't glass considered better some flavors mess with the plastic tanks?
Glass is better for most things food and drink wise. It makes things taste better.

I'll let you know how the both fair when I've got them. What is your preference? True MTL or fairly restricted DL?

It's so hard to define. My favorite atties have ~2.2-2.5mm air hole under the coil--SJMY Doggy, Hastur, kayfun 4. Is it loose MTL or restricted DL? Anyway, I can't vape anything that produces so much vapor that I can't comfortably control it via MTL vaping. As long as I can first draw into my mouth and then, slowly, into my lungs, I'm good.

Ok, so having tried the Coppervape Dvarw for a few days now, and comparing it to the Ares 2, I have to say that I think I prefer the Dvarw.
That's interesting! And congrats on becoming a master builder! :toast:

Ha, I already made 10ml of this earlier today. Should I just add a drop or two of Super Sweet to it after the fact?
If you prefer sweeter juices or are used to commercial mixes, then yeah, add a drop. Otherwise wait til you're ready to try it - if blah add a drop then. Sweetener doesn't need steep time, so it can go in anytime.

I agree with @AngeNZ . Besides, I don't use sweeteners and don't miss them, generally. Always taste your eliquid before you add sweetener. Just my 2 cents.

I prefer glass--always. In my tanks and in my life. I dislike plastics for many reasons. That said, the new plastics (PC, ultem) used in tanks are much better and safer than what was used in the dark ages of vaping when our tanks literally cracked and melted when certain corrosive flavorings were used. Again, I never used those flavorings--if they could melt plastic, what the hack could they do to my lungs?

.I was so dependent on it and felt worried when it wasn't on. My extremely good nurse has done me a very good turn giving me the confidence to just take it off. You are supposed to gradually reduce it so presumably it'll take a few days for my body to adjust and then boom I'm free forever hopefully. It's difficult to describe how happy I am about it.....a normal life resumes :)

Off to the beach in a minute

Just be careful, Charlie. It's a dangerous world out there--still. Enjoy the beach and inhale as much of that salty Mediterranean Sea air as you can. Take a couple of breaths for me, too. :D

There's a bloke you all know who thinks "a small sample" is 50 bottles of varied and carefully selected NETs and other tobacco juices.

Sent them to me after a casual chat about tobacco vapes. Got a massive surprise in the mail today.
@Fredman1 I can't thank you enough for your thoughtfulness and generosity!

I hope there's something in there to your liking mate. Tobaccos ain't easy to get right. That's why I went ballistic in my quest.
When I started vaping I swore...this time i'll make it work. I WON'T SMOKE AGAIN. Been on and off trying for the last 10years. I didn't want anything to do with tobacco in the beginning either. I had a terrible time the first year...absolutely no flavor or mix worked for me. Just couldn't get anything remotely vapeable. In my second year I started thinking of tobacco and spent another year looking for one that I can get along with. It wasn't until I started my NET journey (in my 3rd year) that I really started enjoying vaping.
    Yeah I know...i'm full of shyte, but i'm a happy shyter now...at last :D

Guess we all used vaping in our own ways to get off the cigs. Your journey has been an interesting one. Always good to hear stories of persistence that paid off. Not full of shyte at all.

Sorry for off topic but I feel so strongly about evil greedy breeders of animals for sale that I just have to post it here. Sorry, sorry. Yes, there are responsible breeders out there, but many many are just... :censored:

This was posted by my friend @lorikay13 years ago here. Broke my heart.

"This is a picture of Sal.....a "disposable dog" created by an evil breeder of Collies who did not care about the consequences of trying to develop a pure white collie. He and his brother were kept barely alive in a cages inside someones garage. His brother did not make it....but my friend Ann rescued Sal.....he has no eyes.....but he can hear. SHE is HIS seeing eye human.....he has learned dozens of commands that let him him know where to go and what to do...right...left...up .....down....in the truck....etc. He is the sweetest most loving soul. And so is Ann.

From The Official SmokeStik Animal Compassion Discussion Thread....:)
DIsgusting! These type breeders are practicing lab experiments on innocent animals with no remorse for the life they create that cannot function in the norm. This wonderful dog is a rare example. There a a zillion examples of the run of the mill bad breedings that go on with less financially enabled breeders, who just keep breeding the same brother and sister, then cousin to cousin. Any breeder should burn in hell with all the over population of pets these days

Great waking up with coffee and old friends. Thread was great to read this morning. Happy to hear Charlie is off oxygen and going to the beach. Happy to hear Dan got some more of his Asmodus rare finds (I love the bluish purple material with the yellow ASMODUS writing embroidered on it). I already new SMT was a great guy but thanks for the words of love (as I write this, drinking the last of my coffee, my phone is ding dinging from peeps letting me know I have full traps so I am off to collect the poor souls that will ride with me to the spay and neuter clinic this morning)
Of course I also knew, being the thread is chock full of good people, that backyard breeding is frowned on. And Fred, what a great guy to send our resident piglet all those tobacco's. Have a great day all~
