OK your half way there..... Once you find the gasket, and put it back on the battery cap. Will It Turn On ?????? And Work ????? Fingers Crossed.

Forgot to add.....Solo just needed a little tough LUV !

No it doesn't. Which is why I tried to remove a fully charged battery in the first place. :facepalm:Brand new mod. DOA. Just sat in the box, unopened... Unless I'm missing something. Like a hidden on and off button.
5 clicks to power on the device.

I really need to start paying attention.

Winner!!!!

In total desperation I grabbed the mod and shook some more--nada. Shook a bit more--nothing. Shook again and tapped on the table--and Hallelujah!!! It moved. Tapped again and got just enough to grab the battery with my bare fingers and it's OUT!!!!!!

Now I have to go look for that gasket.

Thank you all again for helping me. I would have given up on my own.

I LOVE THIS THREAD! I love ECF. And I really love all y'all guys and gals!:wub::wub::wub::wub:
YAY!!!! Well done Kat

EDIT: just saw that it's not powering up. Is the pos battery contact ok - ie looks normal/ not compressed or squashed?

Nah, just a five click of the fire button to turn it on. Still not worky since you did your magic makes it sound like a bad mod. So much effort for No Joy.

Edit: NEVER Mind !!!!

It's working fine. I've been using other mods lately that don't have the 5 click feature. You know--you insert the battery and the screen lights up.

It's all good! And thanks again.

Dvarw FL DL Report:

I got the cheap no name clone at FT, which came with a 3mm id airflow pre-installed, plus an extra 2 x 2.5mm insert. I switched that for the sxk 2 x 3mm insert (which fitted in the deck no problem). It only took 2 minutes to stick in a coil, went for a 2.5mm id:

Wicked it Exocet/Mr Fisher style - took another two minutes. Primed it, juiced it and OMFG why didn't I get at least two?!

Smoothest airflow I've ever had. I've been chainvaping the hell out of it, and it's kept up no problem

This 2 x 3mm insert (~4.2mm id) with my lil drip tip is perfect draw wise for me. The rich flavour notes it brings out are different again to my other RTAs, which I love. I've got a Tripod, Juggerknot mini and now a Dvarw all running the same mix - and they all bring out different flavours in it

And the single airflow inlet? Now that my ears have adjusted to it, piece of cake.

Summary: Buy it!!!!!
I've got four if the sxk Dvarw DL FL's on the way so good to hear that yours is so efficient. I have several of the old style no name versions too and I have been impressed with the high standards and functionality as well. I mean eight dollars for an RDA....what can you say :)
