On my order slip I was written a nice little personal reply!! 'Hi Dan, Thanks for your order. You will find enclosed an extra bonus from Asmodus to say thank you for all your support. Stay Safe, Best Regards, Michael':) They threw in a heap of stickers, 4 drip tips, a Barrage rda, a Bunker rda and another Minikin 2:w00t:

I tried out the VC calculator last night and I think I would really like it on a bigger screen. Since I do most everything on the phone and I'm too lazy to enter my stash I'll definitely be staying with elr. It will be handy for linking though I'm guessing. I despise typing out recipes over here.
You're an old hat at ELR'ing, so you probably already know this, but if you click on the wrench thing on a recipe page and scroll to the bottom of the drop-down menu, there's an option to "copy simple text." If you click on it, the recipe is copied in plain text and you can paste it where you want. There's some extra text you might want to delete, but it's a lot easier than typing out the whole recipe.

Here's an example:

Mango Blossom Macaron -- ID10-T : https://..................../recipe/2556772/Mango Blossom Macaron -- ID10-T

2.00% Almond (Mandorla) (FA)
1.00% Cream (Flavorah)
4.00% Honeysuckle (TPA)
1.50% Mango (Flavorah)
2.00% Meringue (FA)
2.00% Sugar Cookie v1 (CAP)

Flavor total: 12.5%
Remember to rate it at: http://......./r/nqGq

Sorry if I'm teaching my grandmother to suck eggs here.

If you use Android, Vape Tool Pro is pretty good. I use it for coils all the time, just opened its E-Liquid Blender pane, pretty intuitive.

I have been carrying my moms drivers license ever since her purse was handed to me. I went back to California a week after leaving (by now she had passed) to begin emptying the house. This is when I decided to keep the home and move there. Being handed her purse was hard. The hardest was picking up her ashes and a box in put in front of you with her name on it.
My sister's slippers are sitting on the floor here in the living room. She herself is in a box on a shelf nearby.

I finished the coil. Wicking was a disaster, wound up with a mouth full of E-Liquid! Not sure if I aligned liitle cup holes. Had to Scrub my tongue and rinsing for a half hour. All & all it was a Disgusting Experience  Lubed all the O-Rings. Not sure how much to tighten tank components Not too tight. E-Liquid poured out of the air vent. Will try again tomorrow
Ok... from your description there are a few things for you to check on your 16mm Dvarw. :)

From Ange's Blog post I don't know which wicking method you used.

Did you use the Bunny Ear method???

The Bunny Ear method is by far the easiest of all. :)

The wick in my pic below is the Vapdivrr method. You can see my wick is completely covering both of the juice holes on the chimney.
The Bunny Ear method will do the same.

Your wick should be fully covering the juice holes. Like so...

If there is ANY open space between the wick tails and the juice holes you will experience flooding.

Also, the chimney and top cap need to be properly mated and installed on the build deck. If those components are not properly installed the RTA will flood.

You posted that you are using a 2.5mm ID coil. IMO that is too big for the 16mm Dvarw. Can it be done, sure. Is it ideal for optimal performance on any 16mm RTA? Not in my opinion.

A 2mm ID coil is optimal on the 16mm Dvarw (and in some cases on the 22mm MTL Dvarw). From the photo you posted in your build thread the 2.5mm ID coil leaves almost little to no room between the posts.

I think you would have a more successful experience going with a 2mm ID coil. :)

As far as tightening the tank components... finger tight is the rule for all RTA's. No RTA components need to be "gorilla" tight.

Lastly, you may have experienced flooding if you didn't have enough wick in the coil. When you install your cotton and move it side-to-side in the coil you should feel resistance. If your wick is freely moving in the coil then you didn't use enough cotton.

Wicking an RTA is a total feel thing. The general rule of thumb is "too loose, you will get flooding" OR "too tight, you will get dry hits". There is a balance that only you can find which will work perfectly. You will only learn that balance by doing. :)

When I wick any RBA I go with a "tighter" resistance over "loose" resistance. My fingers know the "feel" of how much wick to use and how it should feel in the coil.

I know that is a lot of info to digest but I wanted to be as thorough as possible.

Good luck and lemme know how it goes. You got this!

Finally had some spare time to get one of my shiny's up and running.
Between you, @Daniel Forsyth and @Cloud-FF7 y'all just 'might' get me interested in a Brunhilde yet. No Daniel, you didn't just read that! You are seeing things that aren't really there. ;)

@bigbob2322, I like that combo. It's very classy looking. You have the total German thing happening. 75 watts, good heavens. If I took a hit at 75w I would be all sorts of blue and purple in the face! :D

I beat you here as I have 6 Minikin 2's (but no Bruny's)
I started getting Minikins in 2016. I went to their place in Paramount and this is where i bought the Rotten Metal one before they released it

How many Asmodus mods all up do you have?
I may just be one or two up on you there:lol:
