Thanks! I had a relaxing day. I haven't been doing Uber since March. My last week doing it I made $58 in 32 hours. I turned my business licenses in and I'm done for now. Between the Covid and crime it's not worth the risk. Was unemployed for a couple months and spent some time with family. I got a job cooking again. Been there for 3 months.Pay is much less than what I was making before but I like the job. I am meeting with HR at a second place to pick up some OC hours. I'm just happy to be working right now. Things are pretty bad out here.
I agree completely about the covid and I suppose it must have gone quiet due to the same.

Glad you've got yourself another job as I've seen on the news that there are thousands more claiming benefits everyday. I hope you get some extra hours but look after yourself. Being knackered is no fun and not good for you either.

Glad you had a good day

SO GOOD to hear Charlie. You are indeed a ROCK STAR :headbang::headbang:
I am doing as well as can be expected. TIRED TIRED tired of isolation and considering a road trip with a friend to drop off a kitten in St Louis. I am scared of the hotel scene though so might not do it
Sorry that you're feeling tired Sue and I get the isolation thing. I don't know what I'd do without my wife being around. Don't know anything about motels and hotels in the US but I would think with two of you you'll be ok....might do you good.

Sending lots of hugs

I have a confession to make. I actually wrote to Peter Sarkozi because I just had to know. He wrote back and we had a most delightful conversation about the proper pronunciation of the word Dvarw.

Turns out, we were all right. Peter wrote that the Hungarian YouTube reviewer's pronunciation "(snip) is the authentic one. The one on the drive link is trying to interpret it for international markets :)

The name comes form a character in the pc game World of warcraft."

So now you know and I need to get a life. He also asked for a link to our forum. ;)
Here is something weird: when I pronounce it "Dvarv," I'm finding I must roll the r; if I say "Dwarv," I don't feel no such compulsion. It is for some reason easier (for me) to say "Dvarv" with a rolled r.

I'm very glad I will almost certainly never need to say this word to anyone. Rolling the r would make me feel like a pretentious jerk, but saying "Dwarv" would pain me (sort of the way I feel when, to be understood, I have to say French words/names without the proper accent).

Clicked on that link and scrolled down while chuckling at those big 250 ounce cups they use for ''coffee'',just saw one pic of a proper short espresso in a nice ceramic/porcelain cup.

Not hating,It's just that i find it funny the way you guys drink your coffee :)

You shouldn't use Picard to make fun of how we drink our coffee. He drinks Earl Grey tea. He has no room to judge.

I hate them. If you disagree with me, please reply to my post and explain why. I want to know why someone disagrees with me. Let's have a conversation. :) There was a guy here some time ago who used to slap those red x's on people's posts out of sheer spite. It was very unpleasant. Luckily, he's gone.
Totally agree with every word and sentiment.

I say... if you disagree... explain yourself, in comprehensible detail versus hitting a stupid emoticon. Ya know, like most sensible people do in the RW/RL. Conversation, absolutely.

And that guy you speak of, he needed to be shipped off.

Returning to normal Shiny programming... my Dvarw DL FL is due to land upon my doorstep Thursday via DHL.
