Here is something weird: when I pronounce it "Dvarv," I'm finding I must roll the r; if I say "Dwarv," I don't feel no such compulsion. It is for some reason easier (for me) to say "Dvarv" with a rolled r.

I'm very glad I will almost certainly never need to say this word to anyone. Rolling the r would make me feel like a pretentious jerk, but saying "Dwarv" would pain me (sort of the way I feel when, to be understood, I have to say French words/names without the proper accent).
I am pretty good at rolling my r's in Spanish. I cannot get it to work with the Dwarv though.
So after talking with him please tell me how is it pronounced proper?

I just bought some Maple coffee at Traders Joes. Seasonal buy. 12 pods for $5. Just finished the first cup and hella good. I only bought 2 boxes. Going back tomorrow to buy 10 more boxes.
Thank you, and @the wind too, I just remembered to buy some Vietnamese coffee I've been meaning to get for some time.

Alright, I do need your expertise with learning to roll the "R" in Dvarw.

It is a mystical myological secret only a mystagogue can crack.

Do post the sound-clip or better yet, the instructional video. Ty

All set,enjoy :)

For the people who own the Voopoo Drag RTA pod is it significantly better than the RBA coil? Like if you had a variety of other RTA devices to use with other products would you still recommend the pod RTA for $20 let's say? I'm a little concerned about it being an RTA with that bottom fill small juice hole and then only 2 ml so I'm going to be opening that constantly. It's one thing to think of the little pods as throw away when the juice seal breaks but throwing away an RTA ...well that stinks.
I bought one and built it but did not care for the vape as much as the drop ins. Might just be me though. It is so tiny and building is harder for me then it used to be and it ended up coming out at .50 which is just too high for me and it was so hard on my eyes and arthritic fingers I just went back to the drop ins. I waste more money then I used to and am not bothered by it. If you are good at building and can see good, $20 bucks is not much to spend.

Good morning shinies

Useful. I'm pretty bad at rolling my rs.

@Cloud-FF7 and I can teach you all how to roll the r's. Spanish speakers are very good at it :lol:. Ok I see he has already done an instructional video so disregard the above

Cloud what accent is that one?

yes, spanish speakers depending on the country of origin have different accents :D

My spanish is kinda hmm let's say it's muddled.

Spent more than half of my life outside of Spain, mostly Canada,USA and Central/South America so my accent is kinda a mix and match of all those places

Should have seen me back in the year 2001 or so i think (long time, dates seem to get all mixed together),well anyway a friend i had in Boston needed some help with his spanish classes over the summer.

Had nothing to do so i spent like 4 months in Boston giving him a hand,by the end of the 4 months i was like a mix of Ben Affleck and Antonio Banderas...imagine puss in boots with half of a Bostonian accent, wasn't pretty :lol:

Wherever i go i seem to pick up the local accents pretty quick, same thing happened in Argentina, when i went back to Spain the cop in customs couldn't believe i was spanish.

I could just hear Ben Affleck mix with Antonio Banderas ..funny. The Argentinians do have a very "special" accent and words..like instead of "tu" they use "vos" o_O
