I have always been of the idea that when you travel you gotta taste the food that is unique and specific to the country you are in.

Back when i was a solicitor and i made a ton of money i took summers off to travel all around the world,every place i went to i was never shy to try some of the ''odd'' delicacies i would encounter.
Never went to a KFC or McDonalds in another country,just seemed weird because well you know i have those where i live,i wanted to experience new and different cuisines.
I know some of you have a weak stomach *wink @Redbird11 * so i won't mention some of the weird dishes i have tried but let's just say i could have hosted my own culinary show

But when it comes to meat and the skill in preparing it there are three places that are at the top of my list:
Texas,Argentina and Brazil.

Best meat based meals i have had have been in all 3 of those places,if i had to choose one it would be Argentina thou,those guys are just Masters.

Shinyitis wise lately i have been fascinated by these Rebel mods,monday morning when i check my lotto ticket and if i win the first thing im doing is ordering this baby:

P.S: Second mod i would order is the asMODus Ohmsmium II,dang it is so pretty and cool looking.

Felt the same way when i was in China,I'm an addict to Pekin Duck and when you order it there it still comes with the head...but it is sooooo good i just got over it and keep on eating hehe

And if u order 2 dishes of duck u get free dish boiled bat with covid sauce....yum

Shape wise it does seem similar in shape to an Asmodus Minikin v2.

Pops never done the Route 66,that is his dream.
Actually looked into fancy VIP like medical insurances and some of them do provide dialysis services all over the world.
Would just get me one of those medical insurances for him,private plane to Chicago (don't trust regular airlines with the whole Covid thing) and then rent a car.
Pops is partial to Cadillacs,so i would probably rent something like this:

And then just head out to Los Angeles,man i wish i could do that for him...I've done Route 66 twice but my pops has never done it and it's his dream.

That's delicious looking. I was a vegetarian for twenty five years but then started eating meat again. At the moment though I'm trying to eat as many cancer busting foods as possible.

Brains and offal generally....yuck. Don't mind the heads though

Curious about what you ate as a kid,but do not eat for health reasons now.

I do recommend cold beets with onion and vinegar.

Agree with you on this one. Raw though works better. Plus lots of garlic, honey, ginger and fresh herbs like origanum danya/coriander, etc..
