Beat me to it. They were already out of my go to spools but managed to get 190 of my go to coils. Had to laugh since the 70off killed free shipping. Have some coilology wire already coming from ft because I was afraid avs would be forced down this road. Sad day

Thanks for the head’s up. They’re already out of what I need. Where else can I get wire? I mean I have a box full of spools, not all my favorite, but I think I could get by with it if I had to.

What kind of wire are you looking for? I order mine from Temco. Free shipping, great quality. But I'm only using simple round kanthal and ss wire...

Col told me he's been liking the coilology wire and coils so a couple weeks ago I ordered some from ft. US sites were oos of what I was wanting. Have been reading good things about coilology products for some time before Col mentioned them.

I managed to pick up some Clapton wire and an assortment of premade coils at Amazon. I didn't have to worry if they would be shipped. I wonder how long these will go under the radar of Amazon.

I always do. Just a quick wipe with an Isopropyl alcohol pad, rinse and dry. But others may disagree. I clean and wash everything before I use it for the first time.

Thanks! I’ll check into that. I grabbed a little of everything AVS has left in SS, a couple spools, a few tins of coils. What the heck, if I can’t use ‘em, I’m sure one of you will.

Wish they would have included the SbS parts with the Abyss. I know they're marketing it as an AIO with the various options. I was mainly interested in it as a SbS. But that could change, maybe.

@Pigs do you know if Atmizoo's VapeSnail or DotShell would work in the Abyss?

Just tried getting to Atmizoo's website, fail. Tried in FF and Safari on my Mac. Also tried on my phone. They must be down for maintenance or something. Can you try Atmizoo?

The Vapesnail doesn't fit in the Abyss because it is an integrated bridge/tank that fits in a Billet Box in place of a Boro with a bridge. In other words the deck and chamber/chimney are combined with the rectangular Boro-sized tank of the Vapesnail.
The Vapeshell and all other bridges that fit in Boros do fit in the Abyss tank.
