t is odd thou, the mother of my next door neighbor is like 85 years old and she didn't feel anything, fresh like a Rose...seems the side effects vary from person to person.
this is common. Older folks do not have a great immune system. Your immune system is like a bunch of soldiers, ready to attack an intruder. IN comes the virus and they go to war. Causing headaches, fevers, etc.The better the immune system the more side effects.

The Spanish people love their bright oranges and yellows. You should see them all lining the roads during La Vuelta or the TDF. It's bright!
I'm the opposite. I prefer to dress in more muted tones.

So, good things being said about this kit?
Hi Vandal :)

I own a couple. The Aspire Mixx is built very solidly. They are CNC'ed from a single block of aluminum. And they are fast firing mods. I think the Sunbox design is excellent. Aspire did a great job manufacturing them. They are comfy in hand.

My GSD has knocked mine off tables with her constantly wagging tail. Nothing broke. They just keep on keepin' on.

As far as i know or well you know what they tell us which i can't know for sure if it's true the vaccine we getting is Pfizer.
Feeling a bit better now but oh boy it was rough for a couple of days, flu like symptoms but without the itchy nose or the sneezing, the rest of the symptoms multiplied by a factor of 20.

It is odd thou, the mother of my next door neighbor is like 85 years old and she didn't feel anything, fresh like a Rose...seems the side effects vary from person to person.
This was my first shot, getting my second one in May and they say the side effects of the second shot are much stronger so honestly i am not looking forward to that but hey it has to be done.
You're younger, so your immune response is stronger.

I don't see why you couldn't use it in the RTA. It's quite a bit lower resistance than what I normally use in the Brunhilde, but give it a shot. Do you have any wire to wrap some yourself?

I felt crappy after the first one (pfizer) but the second one was fine. I think I must have had some resistance before the first as I get exposed to some infectious stuff at work. Hopefully the second will be a breeze for you too.

    Morning shinies ;)

    @AngeNZ ... I can’t remember what I ordered before...:blush::oops:
    Would this work?
    https://www.amazon.com/TEMCo-Ribbon-Kanthal-0-8mm-Resistance/dp/B00LW4JJ46

    That's the curling ribbon thickness:wub: Keep the thickness above 0.1mm - last time it was 0.8mm x 0.2mm. FT sell it in that size, or this one which is smidge faster to ramp:
    $2.28 Authentic MKWS 316L Stainless Steel Ribbon Heating Wire - 0.14mm*1.0mm flat size / 30ft (10m) at FastTech - Free Shipping
    and these guys have 0.8mm x 0.2mm in SS, Kanthal or Ni80:
    NiChrome Flat Wire 0.8x0.2mm / .031*.008" - AWG 25

    Edited to add: AVS still have some too:
    Spooled 316L Stainless Steel Wire - (Round and Flat Ribbon) - AVS

    So battery junkies I have a question. It's time to start replacing the 21700s with fresh stock. I currently use both samsung 40T and molicel P42A and happy with both. Generally stay in the 25-28w range. Is there a good reason to pay 3.00 more for the 40T? I do keep 2 30T on hand for the few builds I go over 40w but those have very few cycles on them so won't need to replace those for some time.
    Uncle Mooch thinks the p42a is just as good, if not better:
    Bench Retest Results: Molicel P42A 4000mAh 21700...beats 40T, one of the best batteries available

    Should be fine in the mtl brunhilde, better to keep it airy. 2.5mm 5-6 wrap, start wattage at 20w and go from there. Dry burn SS at 14w.

    Thanks for that. I should have two coming my way. I wanted three (one in each color) but the Jet Black sold out as I was checking out, lol. Isn't that always the way when a deal gets posted to this forum. :laugh:

    You don't need to use a coiling tool if that's hard for you. It's quick and easy to wrap your coils around 3mm or 2.5mm diameter screwdriver or coil jig.

    Just cut a 10-15 cm length of wire (a bit too much is better than not enough), hold one end and wrap the other end tightly around the shank making sure you keep the wraps tightly against each other. If you want spaced coils you space the wraps out after you've finished.

    You forgot about your Brunhilde!! That's Blasphemy:pervy:
    @Letitia 's advice is good advice:thumb:
    Do make sure you keep all airflow wide open and have a feel of the top cap every now and then while vaping, if she gets too hot turn down the wattage or you may need different coils:)

    I wrap by hand. When I use the Coilmaster gizmo, my wraps always overlap.
    I luv my Coilmaster tool. The mere thought of going back to using a drill bit or screwdriver makes me cringe.

    When I first used mine the wraps overlapped. I was pushing too hard on whichever thingamabob (2.5mm, 3mm or whatever) I was using with it. Once I backed the thingy off it made puuurfect coils.

    :)

    ETA: You apply light pressure with the thingamabob and it just works.
