Anything new and exciting coming out (that I won’t be able to buy ) ???
Yep....cbd, Cannabis's cousin. My friend is having the most wonderful experience with it atm...and i'm highly intrigued.
He's was diagnosed with bipolar some 7 years ago and went through a very difficult time. The last 2 years his medicine is kinda sorted, so he's been kinda stable to. Problem is the damn Lithium that he is on leaves him with the dreaded hand shakes...very irretating and stigmatizing.
He's been smoking cannabis to calm him, but that has it's own problems... major one for him is, he can't go look for work as it will be picked up in his blood.
Two weeks ago he finally convinced the doctor to prescribe him cbd as he wants to try that.
It is working wonders for him. The shakes has subsided so much that he can actually write again..couldn't do that for the last 5 years.
He says his mind is clear, calm and relaxed...in situations that would've normally stressed him out. He's even found a taxi driving job to keep himself busy...
I want me some of those...!!!

If you get a Pfizer or Moderna, they'll have you wait for 15-20 minutes after the injection to make sure you're OK. Allergic reactions to these shots are almost instantaneous. Nothing to worry about.

I’m not terribly worried about allergies, but good to know it’ll happen fast if it does.

Well there is an rta, reload s, I'd love to snag but honestly don't need. Hoping it gets cloned. Thinking my days of paying for authentic are pretty much over.

I have an authentic in my cart right now, Please let me know if I should get it--while I still can. A bit extravagant, perhaps, but I really like it.

Not sure it can apply because of you know well we all different but just for reference.

I got my shot at 16:15,stayed 15 minutes in the waiting room because some people maybe get a severe allergic reaction (also known as anaphylaxis).
Past those 15 minutes i went home and apart from pain in my arm (where i got the shot) i felt nothing.
Went to bed pretty late and woke up about 8 am,and yeah i was feeling bad...couldn't get a decent night sleep because i sleep on the side and that side is where the shot was given so i rolled around a lot.

But the next morning with my espresso in hand my mod in the other i felt really bad,flu like symptoms (without cough or runny nose) but the rest were there, headache, body ache, feeling feverish/chills,etc,etc.

How long is the drive home from where you taking the shot?
Just asking because maybe it would be wise to have a plan b just in case, you know a motel on the road or something like that just in case you ain't feeling that well.

Anyway, hope your side effects are mild or nonexistent and you make it home alright :)

P.S: Only meds the doc told me to take to alleviate the symptoms was Paracetamol, took 3 of those a day.

It’s about a 45-50 minute drive, I know that doesn’t sound like much but that’s a long drive for me.
Your side effects sound a lot like my fibromyalgia- which I’ve had for 20 years, so I’m not too worried about that. But it’d be really rough driving like that. And the thing is, the fibro will ramp up too, when anything else goes wrong with me, so it could be affected by side effects from the shots.

I’m sure it’ll be fine though, I’m just a little anxious. Heck I’m anxious just about driving there lol.

Oh, We have no problems getting cannabis and CBD here. All legal and kosher and widely available. It's the nic that will land you in jail. Welcome to la-la land.
That is one benefit to California. At least they finally passed medicinal in Missouri.

We've gone fully recreational years ago. Dispensaries here even got stimulus money as "essential businesses." Schools are closed but Disneyland and other parks open soon.

La-la!

I know you folks have had it for quite some time. A lot of states are getting it. I wouldn't be surprised to see Missouri pass it for recreation in the next few years.

Can you get a family member or a friend to go with you? I know it's a long drive and an imposition, but maybe you should consider it. And there's no public transportation? Do you have to drive?

Then you are in luck! Most of my photos end up being of a thumb or finger.

I'm really proud of how this one turned out.

That’s very cool! How did you take a pic from inside your eyelid?

I had to drive an hour and a half to get the first shot. I felt fine until later that evening. I just felt wiped out tired, and my arthritic joints were achy... but that was it. Gone in about 24 hours. I was a nervy mess because the bulk of the drive is on a 28 mile bridge... no escape if I started to feel yucky. I was all worried for nothing

We have medicinal now. Recreational is up in the air. On the other hand, we have drive through daiquiri shops, and you can buy any kind of booze/ beer just about anywhere...gas stations, pharmacies, groceries, discount stores etc. It’s also ok to walk on the street with it, as long as it’s in a non-glass container. Coming from a state that was all state store only at the time, that blew my mind.

I have family nearby, but they’re not being as careful as I think they should be, and I wouldn’t want to be in a car with them truth be told. I’m sure it’ll be fine. And I’ll finally roll my odometer over 2,000! :D
