I'm with you on that. Kale is not tasty. I can eat it in a salad, as long as it is mixed in well with other veggies. But mostly, if I have kale, it just goes into a smoothie.

It's good in soup. Holds up better than less rugged greens.
Kale chips are good, too. Easy to make. Easy to snack on.
I've made spinach chips several times. They are very good, at least to me.
Yep they're still good to eat....although better when they're younger. They go bitter in high summer and when in bloom.
Yeah it's an artichoke. I grow them for the flowers...because of the weather here in windy Wellington they don't grow big and flavorsome to eat...
It’s the texture that I don’t care for. It’s like it has a plastic coating on the leaves. I fully expected to like it... we eat plenty of both turnip and mustard greens, swiss chard, and spinach.

The thing is that I never get sick. I haven't had the flu in ages. I get the flu shot every year. I worked in healthcare and been exposed to all kinds of bugs, never would catch them. I'm a big baby about getting sick. Doctors make the worst patients.

I won an Autopod 50 a while back and finally bought a stash of coils and pods for it. For a pod system, it has great flavor.
Some do, some don't! You'll be fine. And relieved.
