    YAY!! :rickroll::rickroll::rickroll:

I don't normally spend that much on attys but i had a couple of translating jobs that paid well and these past 2 months been a bit rough so i threw caution to the wind and went ahead.

They had a 18% discount for father's day but since i didn't get paid back then i missed out on it.

Manager of the vape shop located in Seville is a nice chap and he owed me a favor, told me to call him before i made my next purchase.
Told him i missed the father's day discount because it was at the end of the month and that is when you are barely scrapping by so he was kind enough to give me the same discount :D:D

Almost 19 euros saved thanks to him, pretty good if you ask me,well anyway order is placed and i should have it delivered by tomorrow.

Can't wait to get my hands on my new setup, thanks to @Letitia who helped @AngeNZ when he got the Juggy MR and thanks to him for sending me the wicking/coil guide.

    Cheers

    Don't you just love payday!

Oh dear. And the French let you eat this? Is it even legal there? I remember French breakfasts fondly--no seeds, no kale, no almond milk in sight.

Ah, well when I tell them they look a bit strangely at you but things are changing....they all know what smoothie is....and they use the word too....meat is still big here but people are beginning to realise how bad it can be....there's a big upsurge in almond milk use and our bio supermarket is excellent. As always the restaurant's still serve a plate of steak and chips, no veg but there are some great salads.

I remember my school days staying with a Parisian family...bowl of hot chocolate with a croissant dipped in it, then drink straight from the bowl....highly shocking for a young Englishman

I don’t think meat is inherently bad, some is worse than others, but it’s really down to how much a person eats. And so many eat way too much.

I do a couple meatless meals a week, but my meat market wisely offers 4oz cuts of beef and pork. Perfect for me.

Just bought a rope of this. Thanks @Letitia
Hope it works out for you as well as it does for me. Doesn't swell as much as kendo gold or wotofo wick so add just a tad more than usual. Doesn't need to be as tight as rayon though.

    Almond milk you say?

Sorry i had to,everytime i hear or read about almond milk this scene comes to mind :lol:

On the subject of food i gotta say that Asian is the way to go.
Ex gf bought me one of those expensive Woks and i use it all the time, stir fry an assortment of veggies/rice with chicken breast or fish and there you go,healthy food.

Just got my blood work results back and it's all perfect,no fried foods,no packaged sweets, etc, etc.

people who get their knickers in a knot over almond milk or veggie burgers need to grow up I mean you never hear them cry about peanut ‘butter’.

I love almond milk. It keeps so much longer than cow milk.

I went through my wok phase about 20 years ago. Might revisit it when local veg is available. But so much chopping though.

Tried a lot of different types of milk, you know almond, soy and rice and meh, never cared that much for the taste plus to be honest i don't drink that much milk.
Might make a milkshake one day or maybe even a tea with some milk in it but i drink my espresso without milk and sugar, just that nice brownish copper colored foam on top is what a perfect espresso looks like.

Here in Spain we don't use porcetages for milk, you just got your whole, skimmed and semi-skimmed,that's about it,would be hard pressed to find any other sort of milk like almond or soy in a bar.

I sure miss penaut butter, gotta get me a food procesor one of these days so i can make some of my own.
Here they do sell it in supermarkets but meh, taste is way way off even compared to the processed in the jar stuff you buy in the US.

Chopping part i really don't mind, pops was a chef,in my younger years i spent a lot of time in the kitchen of the restaurants we had.
I like cooking, the prepping and all relaxes me...plus you know i chopped and cut so much that i am practically a Samurai when it comes to prepping veggies or meat for a dish im cooking.

Vaping wise i just got an email from the delivery company and my package is on route, should be here this time tomorrow, can't wait to get my hands on the atty and give it a try ;)

    .
I agree. Moderation is the key. I cook meat (including chicken and fish in that) in small amounts most meals with fresh, steamed or stir fried veges. We eat steamed rice at least 5 nights/week. Pretty much an Asian diet.

The rice cooker is the greatest kitchen invention ever- the key is great quality rice. With so many asians living in Sydney it's easy to buy 10 or 20 kilo bags of AAA grade Thai jasmin rice.
Just half a cup rice/person, add 1 1/2 times that amount of cold water, lid on and 15 mins later you have restaurant quality steamed rice that stays at perfect eating temp for up to 5 or 6 hours. No effort and is always ready to serve when you want to eat.

All in moderation....having said that red meat has been linked to colon cancer.
Homemade beefburger tonight. Lean beef 5% fat :)

Finally got in the new dt case. No more spilling half a dozen out trying to grab the one I want. Now to figure out what to do with all the ones I don't use at all. Especially the 810s.

I need a pic, or at the very least a link to your drip tip case!

I was trying not to buy any more this month, but those coils were on my list. And since I had the CC out, of course I couldn't just buy the coils, no. I picked up 2 Geekvape Z RTAs for $19 each. Those and 3 boxes of 0.15 mesh coils $65 with shipping.

    A definite Shiny member lol!!!

Thank you for reminding me about those attys. I wanted some drop-in tanks for just-in-case. I completely forgot I've got a Vaporesso NRG SE and a SKRR-S Mini that came as part of mod kits. At the time I tried the cCell ceramic 0.5 coil and loved it

The coils in the GT cCell’s coils are stainless steel and work great with temp control. So the flavors are great, the coils last a pretty good time even w sugary ejuices and compared to many other coils on the market are a great value especially if you can find them on sale. I don’t think I’ve ever bought them at regular prices.

They also continue working well after a cleaning in warm water then air drying. I know some people use alcohol and other “cleaning” agents but for me a rinse / soaking in warm water sometimes w a splash of Dawn works great.
