I have a second one too, still in wrapper. Was thinking orings and screws for that one or spare glass.

Those bags of spare o-rings, screws etc that come with each atty are in such a mess in my drawers. The attys I use all the time, I've got those spares in plastic 18650 boxes. But I definitely need a solution for the rest - another one of these organisers would be perfect.

That's a good question. I've never had to pay any import fees on gear. A couple weeks ago I received a package from France and one from Switzerland. One was via DHL and the other FedEx. No fees were required.

Only thing I found was this...

"Postal Service delivery unit employees must collect these duties and fees from the addressee once the dutiable mail is delivered."

    https://www.uspsoig.gov/document/postal-service-process-handling-customs-duties-and-fees
You might find an invoice comes later...it has done for me before :(

    Morning shinies :)

    Vapemail just came in

    IMG_20210331_095919.jpg

Always seem to gravitate towards black themed combos so decided to mix it up this time.
Went for the SS/Jungle Grus and Stainless Steel Juggy MR :)

They always send me a little gift when i order, last time it was a little bag to keep some of my vaping tools, scissors, tweezers, bag of cotton, coils, etc.
This time they sent me some chocolate/wafer aroma :)

Alergies killing me today, that and my ear problem (had to get that drainage thing done to my ear twice already) each day when i wake up it's like a massive headache for like an hour or two.

Not up to the task of setting it up now, later on this afternoon i will get it all running and post in the ''picture of your setup'' thread.

Thanks again to @AngeNZ who sent me some info that @Letitia gave her so now i can properly place the coill and wick the Juggy.

Cotton...cotton cotton. I've got my miracle cotton which I'll try out today and I've just ordered practically a bale from the Cottonman.....should be enough to last me sometime....if not forever

Beautiful day here 24° and climbing...it'll drop down to 19/18's next week when it rains but hey it's spring....yeeeha.
Have a great day all of you

Could use some help ''cotton'' wise.

I got more than enough gear but the Dvarw just keeps on lingering in my mind,if i were to place an order for it i might as well see if they got any cheapish cotton for my attys.

Anyone got a link for some cotton they could recommend so i could order from Fasttech at the same time i order the Dvarw?

Been looking at all the options but it's hard to choose without having tried it first.

    Cheers

P.S: Meh...darn headache doesn't go away and my Grus and Juggy MR looking and taunting me to open the boxes and get it all setup :(

    Good morning! Downpour! Lol..

@Javichu - my favorite cotton isn't something FT carries, but generally speaking just some Japanese Organic Cotton pads will do fine, FT carries it and it's inexpensive... should fit the bill for you. :)

Thanks for the info, yeah with what you told me i can narrow the search down by a lot.

    Cheers.

Quick question about the Juggy MR.

    Juggerknot-MR-RTA-25mm-By-Qp-Design-3.jpg

Watched a lot of videos for this atty and only in one of them they mentioned something about this piece of silicon inside (the one marked with a black arrow).
Can't find that video at the moment but from what i can remember i can just remove it and it ups the ammount of e-liquid that the atomizer can store, right?

Just asking to make sure ;)

Yes, just remove that silicone bit. It is there to reduce the holding capacity. Nobody really wants that!
I use 3mm coils in mine but might try a 2.5 soon to see. Only odd thing about the MRs is the direction of the top cap is the opposite of my other RTAs. Takes getting used to.
With the fat bubble tank I use that ugly rubber band for safety in case the mod falls over. I am still using the screws to tighten the coils but may change to grubs eventually. I cut my coil legs at 3.5 height but some cut them a bit longer.
Can't help with wicking as I use rayon but I have had zero wicking or dry hit issues.

    Cool thanks for the info.
Yeah i tried searching for the video where it explained that silicone bit but couldn't find it so just wanted to make sure.

My friend from the Vape shop never seen one of these attys so he told me to drop by that way he can take a look at it and maybe order a couple and see if they sell.
Offered to put in a new coil in for me for the hassle of going over there so hey less work for me and i get me a new coil for free ;)

Will post a pic once i get it all setup.

Looking at the functions of the Grus Mod and it seems i can't lock the fire button...huge downer, not a fan of turning mods off and on but oh well.
Read the manual and the only thing you can do is lock the wattage but the fire button is still unlocked.

There is small fluctuation when it comes to Ohms thou, using my Asmodus Colossal (my Destiny RTA) it reads 0.24 ohms, put the same atty on the Grus and it reads 0.26 ohms, meh difference is so small it's nothing to worry about but it does seem a bit odd doesn't it?

Oh yeah forgot one more thing, never realised this before but the Grus doesn't have a volt meter.
In my case it's not an issue since i vape between 30 to 40 watts so yeah not a problem for me.

But i do like the mod, build quality is good, feels solid and heavy just the way i like it.

In shiny news, my tripod (not the RTA)
If it was me... I would be Frankenvaping, ;), my Tripod RTA while shooting photos using my camera tripod. :D

Speaking of cameras, I've been peering into my next rabbit hole. Folks I've been yapping with about it are loving the Fujifilm X-E4. Fuji makes lenses (Fujicron) that stand up to Zeiss, Schneider, Voigtlander, Leica, etc., but at 1/3 the price. The X-E4 receives high marks and praise all around.

Kayfun Lite Plus 2021 SXK clone.

Flavour amazing. This is my first serious go at a KF MTL atty so lots to learn about the best builds and wicking but so far I'm loving it.
No wonder so many people love this RTA
Very nice T. Happy you like your new KFL21. Kayfun's are extremely tough to beat for flavor and quality of vape. There is a reason everyone copied their designs and still do. The small chamber design of the KFL19/KFL21 truly bring RDA like flavor to an RTA. One could say the flavor is much like 8K HD video.
