How about checking my PMs ?
You have received no answer (and might not) because I haven't read it yet.
I am not going to discuss handling of forum issues with you and am saying this publicly so no one gets the idea that it's being discussed with non staff - there is nothing to hash with you about.
I will take your word for it, despite the innuendos. But you should KNOW me better than that, Classy. And I would NEVER ask you to discuss handling forum issues with me or anyone else. I was just trying to suss out what exactly you were talking about, as I was talking about what Charlie (whom I don't know from ADAM!) said and how well said.

Both threads have great people who really seem to care. Not everyone is going to like everyone, in which case, they should be ignored. Period. And to say you might NOT answer my PM, all I can say is WOW. I am stunned by that and NOT sure why you are so angry with me. This is the LAST I will say on the entire subject.

Wishing you ALL well. :) Please, no more comments on the subject, as this isn't what the thread is about. :)

That must be really annoying after rabbit proofing....I know they can eat all your new seedlings in a sitting. Nothing we can do here about the boar they're so strong the just rip up the bottom of fences and push their way in. About the only way is electric fence but even that gets breached sometimes...they jump too :)

They nab a plant now and then but they’re really not a bother, and Georgia enjoys feeling like she’s defending her turf. I honestly am glad they’re back.

I understand what you are saying. That was honestly NOT my intent. I'm usually not on this part of the forum. And I DO use the DIY forum for help and I am DIY stupid when it comes to making liquids. Chanel has been bugging me to come here as she said you guys were a lot of fun and I saw a lot of names I know from DIY, so I came. I had NO idea Charlie (whom I didn't know until today, I think) was going to say what he did. But I agreed with him. No malice intended. I've dealt with dementia with my mom and now my brother from Parkinson's, so I find it easy to empathize with ANYONE going through that and it hurts my heart. I'm really sorry you think I was here to cause trouble. IF you read what was written over there, I didn't start that. My very first post was directly to the man whose mother has dementia.
I will step away from this thread if that helps. But you ARE a great group and so is the group over at DIY. I've been enjoying being in the main forum. But not to be stalked by someone by PM. I still didn't let that stop me, though, as most of you are genuinely sweet and funny.

Don’t leave. You should stay! This thread is lots of fun. I don’t know how much you’ve read the other thread but this was just one of many times he has caused arguing on that thread. It just gets old after a while. I just want us all to get along and have fun like we’re supposed to.

Your normal is somebody else's not how it used to be

Forums are dynamic and fluid by nature

I guess what I should have said is I would like the arguing to stop if possible.

I was using the Abyss I got for review this morning fairly heavy with a nautilus coil in it. I left and came back later and the tank had flooded and leaked into the connector on the mod. I put another coil in it and it seems to be fine so far. I broke into my new drip tips and think I like this one on it.

That's interesting. Normally the behaviour of birds forced out of their usual habitats by drought etc. We had that with galahs here a couple of years ago during the terrible 4 year drought in NSW

Edit - or when there are population explosions and the young adults are forced to find new territory

The big news in my area is Piping Plovers nested and bred successfully for the first time in 83 years over at Maumee Bay state park. Nobody seems to understand why the sudden return. But as I like to joke that it’s still 1950 in Ohio, I made the joke that maybe it’s actually 1938 now.

Ok, now you’re just making up bird names.

What a nice thing to say. I will probably drop by now and then as it would be nice to get to know more people and I've been LOVING the pictures of the birds, plants, etc. Thanks for saying the, Hittman. Appreciate it.

Makes you wonder if changing weather patterns or something along that line has anything to do with their return? 83 years is a really long time.

Are they in the same family as cockatiels?
    yes, all cockatoos

cockatiels being the smallest. They travel in large flocks through arid and desert areas

corellas are bigger, live in coastal areas down south

i also get yellow tailed black cockatoos, sulphur crested cockatoos, and an occasional gang gang cockatoo locally

I DID mean to say Cockatoos, not cockatiels, but, yes, they all look very similar. I've had cockatiels for many years, gone now, and always wanted a cockatoo to sit on my shoulder and sing and dance with me..:w00t:
