I just got a pm from Innoken Timmy saying I won a contest. The only one I recall entering lately was the Coolfire, but I’m not listed in the winners post... I wonder if one of those winners was ineligible?
Anyway, yay! I never win anything so that’s a big deal lol.

    Somewhere between here and there
I started at 24 with no intention of quitting - I only wanted a substitute. My MIL was in the hospital and we’d gotten her a disposable- so I got a kit so that I could use it at the hospital in the parking lot, and later, in the winter, so I didn’t have to go outside to smoke.

and a few days later I just wasn’t smoking.

I stayed smoke free through her illness and death, then my husband’s, and my brother’s as well. And a couple years later, I had been at 6mg and thought I could go to 3, and my son got into some trouble and went to jail. I really never would have thought I’d fall off the wagon but I did. Fortunately I never got worse than 3-4 smokes a day, but I still feel like a big loser after all those cancer deaths - you’d think me, of all people!

My eldest brother, a psychologist, told me this; after all that trauma it’s amazing nicotine is my drug of choice. I’m sane and sober and whatever I have to do to stay that way is forgivable.

Until about a year or two ago I was still mixing at 20mg even for sub ohm. Not sure what triggered me but started decreasing my level from 20 to 18, 15,12. I was pretty good at 12 but doing reviews I started mixing some 6 and 3. I’ve been trying to mix more at 6 but feel like it’s just making me vape more. I just can’t do 12mg any more over 45 watts so for review samples I’ll continue to do the 3 and 6 but am thinking for everyday I might go back up to 10 and see how I do.

Congratulations! Hopefully another Z80 to add to your collection.

Wise words...they especially show that there is no point pressuring someone for any reason....it just raises their stress levels and potentially makes the problem worse

I tried going from my usual 18 to 12 recently and it just made me vape more.....maybe it would have settled down but I couldn't do it and reverted. I was the same when I started sub-ohming 18....I can't do that now though makes me feel NIC sick pretty quickly.
I don't think the NIC level matters as much as how much you puff on it...if a high level slows you down then cleaner lungs imo.... YMMV :)

Post some doggy pics....we like those here :)
You may be sorry you asked:
This is my large, gentle loving Piper...she passed a few years ago, but her spirit is still with us:

She was so gentle, but strangers didn't know that, so that was a good thing.

This is Puggers, who owned us. She was the love of my life in the doggy world. I have loved ALL of my babies, but Puggers had a personality that was something else...She passed 3 months before Piper....We still grieve them both tremendously:

Found her like this one cold afternoon. All holes are of her own making....my angel
