I too must decline that offer, especially since my mouth is SO AWESOME (says my perio) that I can go back in 4 months, not three. YAY!!!! Now, what can I buy, LOL?

I kid, although I might pay good money to watch someone vaping Obam-- I mean Satan's scrotum but I am not doing it. All that fire and brimstone would be bad for my mouth. Haven't tried mesh yet either.

And I am feeling distinctly unshiny, but I did successfully warranty my ego one mega tanks. LOL. It really would have been cheaper for the company to just refund my money, but oh well. I'm pretty pleased with things as they are right now.

Sadly, the minute my dental woes go away, the kid, who also doesn't have dental insurance, managed to give himself receding gums from a medication he took, so now I will be "dealing with" (read, paying for) THAT. It's really bad, and it took me twenty minutes of persuasion via text to make an appointment. I had to explain, over and over, that Medcaid might as well mean, "Come see us after every tooth has fallen out and MAYBE we will make you an appointment a year from now."

Goofy child. I actually feel really bad for him as he has been obsessed with tooth hygiene, oh since right around the time that I got 24 teeth pulled and dentures... That time is "hazy" for me, but apparently he found it traumatic. So I will be saving that dough (d'oh) to spend on my KID's teeth now, will it ever end? LOL.

Pardon the digression, I'd really be thrilled to report on what shiny thing I am buying, but that isn't happening. I hope SOMETHING from FT arrives today??

Also, I appear to have won a Voopoo Uforce tank? Apparently? It arrived today, I have no idea what it is or what it does yet, but I'm open to tricks and tips, it looks like the kind of thing I might have troubles with in case anyone on the thread knows about it? It just.... Yeah, I pretty much have no idea where it came from and am doubtful I ordered it. Doubtful.

Anna

I just got a UForce tank last week Anna. I like it! It is a subohm tank-lots of clouds and the flavor is pretty good. Still on my first coil, but not my only tank in rotation. So far no leaking and it is easy to fill. I like it so much right now that I think I will pick up a pack or two of replacement coils.

Oh, as for pod mods... I don't quite get why they'd be better with nic salts than any other MTL atomizer, really. I mean... They don't do some special thing where they make the nic salts all different (unless it's the Juul). I have one AIO kit which is sort of, well, you pour juice INTO it, into the coil, but it's a Fusion, and not at all stealthy.... I guess I'd go with the Penguin or the Dolphin or something but I don't know that either of those are SUPER stealthy.... maybe? I like the Fusion kit and all, and I use nic salts in it. It has a 3.8 ml fill and a 0.8 coil, but it's fixed wattage: 30/40/50. I was surprised to like it, so I say full force ahead, I just don't know in WHICH direction. LOL.

And, another rayon convert, AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So glad it is working for you!

In countries where there's little regulation on nic strength you can trade off between device size and nic.
The only thing they're better at is being smaller, that's about it. Well, if you take the really small ones, don't see the point in stuff like the penguin or the breeze apart from being (aledgedly) noob friendly, they're pretty much small mod+atty size.

I think people like the disposable aspect of them... instead of getting messy and refilling a tank or changing a coil, all you do is throw the entire assembly away and put on a new ..

It sounds nice in theory, but the pod mod people seem to normally be the ones coming wondering if there is something better simply due to the extravagant cost, as it's no different than smoking cigarettes cost wise.

So Meg, my cousin, wants a sidebar firing device (dual 18650). She has the Eleaf 100w. The only two I can find I would recommend is the Aspire Speeder and the Wismec Ravage. Any ideas for others?
I can recommend 2 devices that I use everyday and they are the Wismec Ravage 230 which is a duel 18650 mod that is fantastic with a very easy menu system, works great and fits the hand very nice.

The other mod is the Wismec RX75 which is a single 18650 and is thinner and feels even better in the hand. Both work great , the only problem Iv'e heard about is the lock switch at the top of the mod, using it may lock it permanently so just do the 5 clicks to turn it off instead and you will be fine. Vapor Beast has the RX75 full kit for $20.97 and that's a steal.

Had the opportunity to test a few of the small pods in shops and @friends but it's really not my style of vaping. I'm miles away from smoking and not looking for a similar experience. Apart from suddenly needing something really stealthy and small I don't see me getting one for myself anytime soon.
The only time something small would be nice is when I'm working on my GDR scooter, used to be able to have a cig in the corner of my mouth and the smoke from the end always targeting my eyes :D. Don't think the small pods would like being coated in a 13 herbs and spices mixture of oils and dirt though.
Doesn't hurt to not vape for 2 hours so there's no real need to torture test them.

I am MOST not stealthy with my MTL vapes. That is gonna change with PEG400, I just know it. It will probably be weird at first, but man.... If I'm vaping in the movie theater, I have to be DAINTY and hold in the vape for a long time.... I'd hate to be kicked out of a movie.

Oh, I got my first "fake cough" the other day. I was vaping in the checkout line at Walmart, mostly because I love to vape at my son's Walmart in the hopes that I will be banned, and never have to go there again (I'd be happy to sit in the car as the kid shops, LOL). AND, a lady next to me gave me the evil eye... I kept vaping.... then the move to a different line.... I kept vaping... Then the fake, "Acuhugh" cough. I felt very, very proud, and also proud of myself for not moving into HER line, and pursuing her and "educating" her with my vape as I talked.

I'm afraid I enjoyed it. It's kind of a goal of mine to get kicked out of a Walmart somewhere, as long as it's not "my" Walmart. I hope it's not like the airlines where they put you on a black list for all the stores, but MAN the fake cough (and her face!!!!) was fantastic.

This has never happened before, which is why I mention it.

Yeah, my mouth is pretty awesome.... Until I remove it for the night. Actually, the periodontist said my GUMS are awesome, which is not quite as... Picturesque. Make sure you don't bring too many candles, LOL.

    @Opinionated , we have missed you!!!! :)

Sorry.. I woke up yesterday and made a decision, one which was rather unexpected even to me because I hadn't been considering it.. I just woke up on the side of the bed that says quit vaping, and I haven't taken a drag since.

I always said I'd quit again, and perhaps even be successful this time - so here goes again. Lasted 5 months last time.. lol.. let's see how long this time lasts.

I am not selling anything, not giving anything away, I will still be buying vape gear for the future, still looking forward to a purchase as soon as those lost vape paranormal comes out with the 250c (I've heard its the paranormal they are planning on putting that in, although that could be rumor. )

I'm just, weirdly done vaping ... lol.. for no reason. Going fairly well.. a little antsy, not too bad though.

@bigbob2322 Thank you, I'll add the RX75 to her short list. Thinking she'll go with the Speeder, the ontours, or lack, of are more to her liking. I'm hoping she'll go for the Ravage, could be a contender for the closet backups.

I'll vape twice as much and blow my vapor your way to help with the antsiness.

It's been almost a year since I really looked at pod systems. I was just getting back into vaping last spring and it was the cost that turned me off. There really are a lot more and nicer systems now, but the life cycle cost of them is still too high. For me, anyway.

I also enjoy the hobby aspect of this whole thing, and pod systems really don't encourage you to break molds or change the bar.

The stealth aspect is nice. I can get the same effect with a small box or pen mod and a 2ml tank.

I still think pods are going to be a big hit in the next year or so because they're not messy, fiddly, troublesome or weird looking. That's what current smokers really want, IMO.
