I knew you were going to ask me for for a size comparison for some reason! It's only early here so you'll have to wait until my camera warms upo_O

Not sure how you got it past my fleet.
Bludger's been demoted to Second Lieutenant for letting that one through but well done.

    Thanks so very much Mate:thumb:
Your good self and all of the other Shiny People chose this Beauty for me so....
Thanks Everyone from the bottom of my heart:wub:

Maybe Bludger can get one of my fasttech orders if he's lucky, they sit there for a while:w00t::pervy:

I need to buy some more premodern SS coils for my Vape Stash. Usually I get them from AVS and Lightening Vapes but they seem to be Out of Stock on most of the coils I prefer.

Where are you guys buying coils? I should just make my own but I’m lazy lol!!

What coils do you like using?

If you want somewhere quicker than FT, Zivipf - Germany make quality wire and coils. Their sweep coils are tri-core, quad-core and hex-core:ohmy: flat fused claptons 3.5mm id:

Well I pulled the coil out so it's closer to the air inlet....maybe it's to close...dunno...not easy to tell. The inlet has a flat area inside the cap (nice touch to detail) to direct the flow to the coil...here's a photo
    View attachment 960953

I have the coil very close to that flat area, but can't say I notice a change in flavor. Here I have to say, i'm not a flavor aficionado. My senses has been burnt to shreds by 40 years of smoking. I think though, the flavor is as good as it can get....again it's very good....almost on par with the bottom airflow RTAs.
But there's other things that make me reach for this Kumo almost every time. The airflow is smooth..super smooth, and silent. As I said before it's a slower going draw...and I like that. Feels like i'm positively drawing against something...you'll know what I mean. Also it does both a RDL and MTL perfectly. It fills easy and is very well built.
As to the coil height..you can imagine it can take some fidgeting to get the coil at the exact right height...and the exact right distance from the air inlet....to get optimum flavor....but by just dropping the coil in, it's still good enough. It did improve once I started fidgeting with it...so it's worth putting in the effort I'd say.
That might 'irritate' (lack of a better word) some people, but I like fidgeting...so i'm good.
All in all for me it's a must have RTA. It's different in a good way....again, I like that. It's a laid back relaxed vape.
Thank you for the update. I appreciate your efforts and hearing all you've done. :)

Thanks for this Ange. I didn't realise they did pre built coils to. Always pays to go for quality.
They don't show the resistance (ohmage) though.
Ah I just saw it's under 'Discription'

It's Very Nice and comfortable to hold and vape with:wub:
It certainly is a stunning looking mod and nice to see the size....looks a lot smaller than your others and I like the rounded corners. The back design furthest away from the chip screen must provide a good grip too.

Morning/evening  and thanks for posting the pics.

    @Daniel Forsyth Hi again Mate.
I've been having a bit of a dry hit problem with my Brunhilde MTL. I've just had a search a on the forum and found your advice about fluffing the :censored: out of the tails. I'm not doing that so that might be the problem. I'm running a 2.5mm coil, no insert and max VG....normally around 30/70 PG/VG. Any thoughts??

I love this company. I ordered me some alien wire from them. I'll roll my own coils..very reasonable shipping rates.
The pre built coils aren't in my ohm range, and the id is 3.5mm...bit big.

Daniel mentioned he cuts his cotton a bit longer. Since i've been doing that, I don't get those near dry hits anymore.
I make sure the cotton is laid well onto the deck...specifically look that it makes good contact with the cables.

I'm only a very light vaper Mate so dry hits for me don't exist so I don't really have any thoughts unfortunately:)
I did get a PM a little while ago from another Forum member with the same problem though. They had just stopped using mesh tanks and started with a couple of Brunhilde MTL's and were getting dry hits. I just gave them my full wicking rundown and this fixed there issue:thumb: they weren't fluffing the :censored: out of there wick either!
I hope you sort it out Charlie:wub:

    Vape mail day!!

    IMG_20211102_100531.jpg

Apart from the Aegis Nano i really haven't tried a proper mod/atty combo from Geekvape so i am eager to test it out and write the review.
Guys know me,i love me some rugged mods hehe, the Brunhilde SBS also looks pretty cool it will the perfect pairing with the Kriemhild II 2 Sub Ohm Tank that i got.

Busy today so maybe later this afternoon i can get the Aegis Solo 2 kit up and running but in the meantime i am busy with cleaning, cooking and keeping up with doc appointments, tests and med management (he takes like 12 pills a day) for my pops.

    Hope y'all have a nice day :)

Thanks Dan....I'm sure that's what it is as at the moment it's not even saturated overnight. I don't vape that much either...maybe 5-6 good pulls and then I leave it. Sometimes much less as I always have at least 8-9 setup's on the go for different recipes

Yes that maybe it....I've only wicked it twice and I left the tails quite short....maybe 7mm to 10mm outside the deck. I'll try it longer. At the moment I've been tipping it to saturate the cotton...:censored:

Good to hear from you Javi.

I've got the SBS kit so I'm using the Kreimhild tank. The included 0.2/0.3 coils are ok but it's not really my style. I vape it a 25w max with the airflow ring nearly closed down completely. It's a perfect match on the SBS though :)

Hope you're getting a break now and then
