Morning shinies ;)

From what I saw at FT, goon style is an 810 with a flat smooth 810 connection - no o'rings. If you want to find more fat ones at FT, the resin ones are under this category:
https://www.fasttech.com/category/3017/drip-tips-others#!/177=Drip Tips - Others|p=0|s=l|ps=30|k=
Switch to the Advanced e-cig category if you want to narrow down the search results:
On the left you can add in measurements to narrow down what you want. For your style, I changed the Width to 15mm to 20mm and the Height to 0mm to 15mm - then just click refresh results. There's other drip tip categories as well, just click on the top drop down menu and change it there. This is a goodie for resin/ss ones:

thanks for all these links and especially how to filter to find a specific tip

my favorite drip tip is exactly like the one on this blotto single coil. Is there a name for this type of drip tip?

Thank you!!! :) Please post an update when you get to moving your coil closer to the airflow holes. I am very curious to hear your findings before I buy one.
Well I pulled the coil out so it's closer to the air inlet....maybe it's to close...dunno...not easy to tell. The inlet has a flat area inside the cap (nice touch to detail) to direct the flow to the coil...here's a photo
IMG_20211031_131641.jpg

I have the coil very close to that flat area, but can't say I notice a change in flavor. Here I have to say, i'm not a flavor aficionado. My senses has been burnt to shreds by 40 years of smoking. I think though, the flavor is as good as it can get....again it's very good....almost on par with the bottom airflow RTAs.
But there's other things that make me reach for this Kumo almost every time. The airflow is smooth..super smooth, and silent. As I said before it's a slower going draw...and I like that. Feels like i'm positively drawing against something...you'll know what I mean. Also it does both a RDL and MTL perfectly. It fills easy and is very well built.
As to the coil height..you can imagine it can take some fidgeting to get the coil at the exact right height...and the exact right distance from the air inlet....to get optimum flavor....but by just dropping the coil in, it's still good enough. It did improve once I started fidgeting with it...so it's worth putting in the effort I'd say.
That might 'irritate' (lack of a better word) some people, but I like fidgeting...so i'm good.
All in all for me it's a must have rta. It's different in a good way....again, I like that. It's a laid back relaxed vape.

Seems sourcemore shipping is a lot better, or I got really lucky, order I placed 6 days ago is already in LA, USPS tracking now showing it, and says it will be here Monday, that be a record for me if that is true.

I don’t know if it helped but I told the Sourcemore rep I do reviews for about people on ecf grumbling about the new shipping being more expensive and slower.

I'm so very glad that you love your new Brunhilde MTL Charlie:wub:
Hopefully you can get yourself a SS one sent to you Mate:thumb:
Thanks. I'm running it with no inserts and that's perfect. @Pigs may like it with the 2.5 :D

Incidentally....like @Zazie I had a few dry hits with it but sorted that out by tipping it. I'll probably rewick it today as that must be where the problem is. Damned good RTA though.

@charlie1465 have you still got your eye on a BP mods Pioneer Insider? I'm not sure how much longer I can wait to pull the trigger myself. No sign of any drop in price at 3f yet.
Yup I'm still watching it but you're right it may not go down in price....it may happen on a second batch but maybe they're not selling well.

At FT, it could be under the Hybrid section , that's where most of their combination SS/resin or pei or whatever go.
    https://www.fasttech.com/category/3...1=_15|177=Drip Tips - Hybrid|p=0|s=l|ps=30|k=

But I dunno of any specific names for that type of style. Maybe go right back to the full drip tip category, and knock the height down to 0 - 14mm, width 16 - 20mm:

thanks this really helps because I didn’t know that I could put parameters to narrow the search done.
