Ah i'm so glad mate...been thinking of you and yours. Love that sbs...is that the Paramour?@ShowMeTwice and @Fredman1 - you guys inspired me to break out the Arise again.
I had a look at the 6 wrap fused clapton build I was using and decided to pull a wrap off. It was looking too wide for the single 2.5mm AF insert.
Wow - what a difference. So much better flavour now. Got it on the Chunky Monkey.

No it's the SXK Supbox. I've got it set up in a different way to most - that SS battery tube and top plate were accessories available last year from FT but looks like they don't sell them anymore.Ah i'm so glad mate...been thinking of you and yours. Love that sbs...is that the Paramour?
Dont recall seeing much discussion on this one.
And go!

No universal condensation problem with boro mods but some RBAs create a bit, some even a lot. I've honestly never found it an issue that a quick wipe with a tissue every few days doesn't solve. That sure looks interesting.
haven't tried yet and last one would be one of these Billet box type mods.
Have read thou that these type of devices tend to leak or accumulate condensation,is that a norm for all these type of mods?

But if you want a totally dry setup, they may not fit the bill.
They are just the same as a mod with your choice of RTA (RBA) inside the casing. If you wick them right, they behave fine. I've never had a leak with any of my boro devices.
Did some tinkering this weekend on the Asmodus @Daniel Forsyth gave me. The button is a bit to recessed for me, so I lifted it a bit by putting in some epoxy. Uncle Google says one of the colours that matches well with lime green is grey. I picked out a medium dark grey with some pearl in it, and sprayed the button and battery cover.
Here's I before and after. What do you think?

There's the pearl..see it's got a blueish tint to it.

I had to read that a couple of times before I got what you were doing there SMT. Bloody brilliant!Yesterday I was going to remove the Tank-R from my DnV Venom RDA, switch to the regular RDA top cap and move the RDA over to a squonker. Then I got a very wild and crazy idea.
Leave the 4ml Tank-R on the RDA and simply swap pins. I swapped over to the squonk pin on the Venom RDA. Filled the Tank-R (it has top fill) with my Cream Filled Croissant and filled the dotSquonk bottle with one of my Ice Cream mixes.

The Venom Tank-R has juice flow control. I am able to vape juice from the tank section then when I want to switch juices I vape the wick nearly dry, close the JFC on the Tank-R and then squonk from bottle in the dotSquonk.
Both juices are compatible but I felt vaping the wick to nearly dry before switching juices would be best. It is and it works fine. I don't get any juice from the Tank-R in the squonk bottle. My wick makes certain of that.
When I want to switch back to the Tank-R, vape the wick nearly dry, open the JFC on the Tank-R and resume vaping.
I do not recall seeing a setup where someone was using an RDA as a tank or a squonker. Totally brilliant!!! I mean, we are vapers and what do we do? We freakin' tinker with our gear! 14mls of juice baby.4ml in the Tank-R and 10ml in the squonk bottle.
Winner, winner!!!![]()
Sorry, I'm a day late. Just saw @Zazie posted the link.Wow that sounds like a plan. Plz send me the link to the classifieds mate. I've never been on there.
For interest. This is the one I bought
Search - 3FVape
That one is still cheaper than what you would pay for a brand new Cabeo. The price for that Cabeo is a bit stiff for me. I'll wait on my clone. Read all the reviews and seems it's a 1:1. Some has the original and don't see a difference...so that sounds encouraging.
Also it's advertised as a 2.0ml, but it's actually a 5.5ml...same as the original. So yeah i'm stoked, even though I haven't got it yet![]()
Really nice photo Ange!

What do you think of it mate? I'm contemplating getting one.No it's the SXK Supbox. I've got it set up in a different way to most - that SS battery tube and top plate were accessories available last year from FT but looks like they don't sell them anymore.
Gives the Supbox (Chunky Monkey) a kind of stripped back look that I like. Built like a brick outhouse too.

Yeah it bothered me. It's a damn good mod. I've set it up in TC and still using it that way. Absolutely no dipping on the power. Feels like a normal power mode vape...not many mods can do that. Loving everything about it.Looks great. That recessed button is the reason I never really liked that mod.
Good question actually. Suppose mostly because I love to tinker. The green was a bit much for me, so I thought to offset it some with another colour.looks really good! Why did you paint it?
