This shipping delays is the worst i've experienced since I started ordering vape stuff. The waiting time in general was 10days...minimum shipping fees to.
Nowadays its a month...with way higher fees.
There's different reasons for it, but they all has to do with Covid. Now with this new Omicron spreading as fast as it does, the shipping fiasco will be more of the same....if not a bit worse. I feel i'm damned if I order...and damned if I don't...especially this time of year.
Best thing I think is to just go ahead, order and kinda forget about it...i'm good with that actually

    Somewhere between here and there
I’ve never had a review sample taken this long from sourcemore. It was shipped end of October. You’re right though about shipments taking longer and shipping costs being higher. I don’t order as much as I used to with shipping being so high.

Kumo showing in stock at SM, but now the riva color is showing out of stock, have no idea when I will see this order, nearly been a month since ordered, never had a bad experience with SM till now, if shipping wasn't so expensive, would of split the orders, but at the time of ordering, both item was in the '24 hour' ship category.

Even with this bad experience, still considering ordering the Cabeo, as @charlie1465 keeps raving how good it is, not sure where I will order it from yet though.
I did exactly the same....the Kumo plus Brunhilde....one in stock the other pre-order. The Kumo has been in stock for at least a week now and my order is showing no sign of being shipped.

As far as the Cabeo goes I ordered mine from 3fvape and it arrived in 8 days.

Here's @Letitia's review on the Lethal:

    and mine: Lethal RTA review
With a 3mm id coil, it's an easy build and wick and the flavour is amazing. But it's still a bottom airflow atty - if you prefer top-air, maybe grab a JK MR RTA from a different store. Or for a more robust option, look at the Thunderhead Creations Artemis RDTA

Thanks for the useful links, yep read both reviews and i'm liking it.
About bottom airflow,to be honest i don't not like it,it's just that some RTA's are finicky when wicking like unless you put it perfect it will leak as opposed to others that are really more forgiven when it comes to wicking.
Just curious to know if the Lethal RTA is the finicky type or more like forgiven when it comes to wicking,if it's finicky it will leak on me...i know it since some days my mind ain't in the right place and i will probably do a poor job at wicking.

Weird thing is that i wicked the Fat Rabbit 3 times...that is 3 times i rewicked a dual coil (never used one before) and all 3 times it has come out perfect with no leaking,i want that in the Lethal RTA hehe.

    cheers bud

When I preorder from sourcemore and see the item is in stock I contact them and ask when I can expect tracking information. Usually within a couple days I have tracking. You just have to remind them you're watching.

Yes I know a "rocket" works wonders sometimes thanks. I may give it a go but I'm not that concerned really. It's the length of time it takes to get here since they changed there postal service that's more annoying. Every order I've made from SM since has been problematic. 3fvape have made similar changes and it works like a charm.

At the end of the day it'll get shipped at some point. I'm guessing they're working through the preorder list in date order.

I think you should talk to a publisher about putting together a coffee table book.
Don't mean vape-related. All those amazing textures you shoot. Surely there's a market for it? I'd buy a copy.

    You made my day
For now I'm really just playing, figuring out what I can do and what the camera can do. And mod photography seems to be a great way of seeing things differently.

When I've nailed down the basics, and my ratio of blur to focused switches around - then I'll look into putting my photos out there.

I've been mainly using the 2 hole insert, which sits a bit higher than the honeycomb one. And I've tried to use a coil that's as wide as the two holes.

With my 3mm id Lethal I stuff the cotton in the coil, cut to the outer o-ring, loosen up the tails and stuff them in the wicking ports. I give it @bigbob2322 beefy shoulders, so that the tails aren't resting on the insert holes.
    Dec-LT-3mm.jpeg
And I've had no leaking from a 3mm id build. The flavour with a 3mm is amazing, but it is a smidge more restrictive.

With the 2.5mm id, I wick a bit tighter and loosen it up even more. I also cut the tails a smidge longer. The wicking ports are obviously for a 3mm + coil, but it can be done. Again I use big shoulders and make sure the tails are away from the 2 hole insert:
    2-5rasp-01.jpeg

The only seeping I've had from a 2.5mm id build was where a tail nearly comes out of the wicking port. Strangely even with only a teeny tail left halfway in the channel it was still saturated!

I prefer a 2.5mm id coil, I like the extra airflow and lower ramp. But I'm playing around with 3mm id coils to find one that works.

I do get some condensation on the base of the atty.

And if you do there, buy extra bubble tanks. Especially with your track record!!!!!!

Edited to add: Excuse my wonky coils!!!!!

All the talk about the Lethal gave me inspiration to build it finally tonight. I used an alien Clapton .45 ohms 3mm id

got it all setup and ready to go but no. The airflow ring is firmly parked at off. Any attempts at turning it just unscrews the deck from the tank.

Tried to move with an atty tank tool & a rubber grip but it’s not going anywhere. It looks pretty though.

So any suggestions as to being able to rotate the afc ring without removing it from the tank?

I was getting irritated so decided to put it down and ask for help. Hopefully someone has figured this out before.

No idea why two pics are sideways. Maybe my irritability is being tonight so like the Lethal I’ll just let it fo for the moment.

VAPEFLY BRUNHILDE MTL RTA REVIEWED BY BIGBOB2322
And anyone else it's a really good review on a quality RTA, worth a look!!
    Good morning Daniel
Well..... read and digested. The only thing I can try is making my tails longer and fluffier.....but essentially I've tried that before with worse results.....I'm at a bit of a loss really. Maybe it just my vaping style.
I'm going to take it apart again and make sure that my rods are where I want them. Thanks for your help

It's always my pleasure to help Mate! I really would like you to get the Brunhilde working tip top if possible, especially since you have another one on the way:w00t:
All RTA's can't be winners for you though so you can only try your best with her:)

    Have a Fantastic day Mate:wub:

Thanks Daniel.....we can but try. I love the flavour but I would like to get it right for me. It's not a serious problem really as I have so many tanks in rotation testing new juices so letting it sit isn't a problem.. have a good evening mate

Yes...two fantastic tanks with no such wicking problems. Two more Cabeo's on the way from 3f :thumb:

@Letitia I sent an email to SM and got a reply almost immediately. The standard version is 24hrs but my SS version is still on pre-order....stupid mistake!! But thanks for your help
