    Good morning Daniel
Well..... read and digested. The only thing I can try is making my tails longer and fluffier.....but essentially I've tried that before with worse results.....I'm at a bit of a loss really. Maybe it just my vaping style.
I'm going to take it apart again and make sure that my rods are where I want them. Thanks for your help
    Good morning Charlie
The Cables might need to be roughed up on the ends a bit.

I've been mainly using the 2 hole insert, which sits a bit higher than the honeycomb one. And I've tried to use a coil that's as wide as the two holes.

With my 3mm id Lethal I stuff the cotton in the coil, cut to the outer o-ring, loosen up the tails and stuff them in the wicking ports. I give it @bigbob2322 beefy shoulders, so that the tails aren't resting on the insert holes.

And I've had no leaking from a 3mm id build. The flavour with a 3mm is amazing, but it is a smidge more restrictive.

With the 2.5mm id, I wick a bit tighter and loosen it up even more. I also cut the tails a smidge longer. The wicking ports are obviously for a 3mm + coil, but it can be done. Again I use big shoulders and make sure the tails are away from the 2 hole insert:

The only seeping I've had from a 2.5mm id build was where a tail nearly comes out of the wicking port. Strangely even with only a teeny tail left halfway in the channel it was still saturated!

I prefer a 2.5mm id coil, I like the extra airflow and lower ramp. But I'm playing around with 3mm id coils to find one that works.

I do get some condensation on the base of the atty.

And if you do there, buy extra bubble tanks. Especially with your track record!!!!!!

Edited to add: Excuse my wonky coils!!!!!

Kudos for the post buddy, much appreciated on the info and those pics.

Semi went ahead with it and called my guy from the Vape shop in Seville,he said he had 4 of each color in stock but he said to wait for the 26th before i order.
His boss (the other guy i know) comes back from holidays on the 26th so he is going to ask him for a discount code for me,might get 10 or 15 euros knocked off the price so that's cool.

Hard to believe i don't have a main atty to use everyday...yeah i have been using the Z Subohm Tank on a daily basis since well my Arbiter Solo is messed up,but the way i vape it's just to expensive to use drop in coils.

Hope when i order the Lethal RTA and i get it delivered home i can make it my daily atty...if not well guess i'm back to the Z Subohm Tank.

    Cheers

When you say roughed up....do you mean sanded, scratched.....what :)

ETA. I was thinking that they may be twisted too tightly so that the capillary action is too slow. But then again I didn't want to make it worse.

Try scratching them like strumming a coil, be careful when untwisting if you try that so they still fit inside the holes.

Curious if you tried the spare cables in the extras bag yet?

    Good morning everyone!

im still trying to figure out to get the stuck closed air flow ring on the Lethal to rotate without unscrewing the deck from the tank.

    Really could use some advice.

Enjoy your day and remember to be safe.

No I haven't tried the extras but for sure if the twist is both too tight, or too loose it'll affect the capillary action. I'll try the scratching method first then maybe examen the spare cables at the same time to see if I can see any difference.

I'm assuming this is the Lethal. I haven't got one so I can only suggest the obvious. Take out the manual and look at the exploded view on the tank. Take it apart (you may have to unscrew the 510 pin on the base). Pull the airflow control off and lubricate the orings with some VG/juice.

Other than that there may be a locking system to stop you spinning the airflow accidentally. Sorry but I'm just stabbing in the dark here

Not understanding why you don't want to remove the deck. If you keep the tank upside down it won't leak juice.

I was lucky and mine came with the airflow wide open, and I haven't changed it since!

Anyway I just played around with mine. You need to take the whole tank off a mod. Flip it upside down.

Use a latex or rubber glove or something similar, and hold onto to the middle of the tank. Use a different glove and hold onto the the airflow ring only, like in my pic below. To open the airflow twist it to the right like below pic.

And it's the same direction you go to unscrew the deck. But as long as you aren't holding that thin top metal ring - which is the top of the deck, you should be able to twist it.

Otherwise try your atty grip on just the centre metal honeycomb ring.

Have you filled the tank without closing the af Ange?

i thought I’d lose all the juice if I removed the deck but at this point I’ll need to do it. It’s not a huge loss if some of the juice is lost.

    thanks for advice

thnk I’ll give that a try and let you know what happened. Kind of a dumb problem lol!
