yes she is still problem free, save for the daily disasters around the house. Today I came home to a vase with water and flowers knocked onto the floor making a giant mess. I know it is her because she is always trying to nibble on the flowers. Still going in her cage at night to go nite-nite too. (the only way I am able to sleep myself) I also have another cat, Julie, my problem-free girl. She does not swat at dogs and loves all the neighbors and they love her. No health problems at all and she is 12 yrs old. Julie's only request is that she be able to go to bed with me at night so she is the one animal allowed in my room.

My non-pedigree shelter adopted Luna, is becoming more of a flop cat the older she gets.

She used to flop down in front of my feet and roll on her back before she let me out the front door. Now it's every single time she sees my feet move into the room, or if I stand up, or if I'm standing doing something that takes more than five minutes. I oblige, because a fluffy cute stretched out tummy is too hard to resist and always improves my mood.

Since the power cut my WiFi extender hasn't worked. I reset it and did all the geeky reinstalling it yadda yadda yadda - works fine near the router, crap anywhere else. Its antennas are also falling off, so I've ordered a new one.

But! At the same time, my iPhone hotspot also stopped working. So I had no WiFi whatsoever for my tablet, and used a teeny fone instead all day yesterday. I can troubleshoot Windows and Android, but I'm clueless with IOS.

And then today during the insomnia hours, I reset the networking on my tablet. No change. I figured there must be something similar on my iPhone - I googled, found it, reset it, and we have WiFi!!!!!!!

I usually use Spanish and French swear words for the name of my WiFi. But it's been such a :censored::censored::censored:, I resorted to the English version!

If it happens again, i would not order another repeater. They are nearly 50/50 on making wifi better.
There are hundreds of things that interfere with wifi, and if any cause errors the repeater will make it worse. All they essentially do is receive the wifi and amplify it, so if it receives 10 errors it will send out 20. More or less.
Over the years i have seen many households have worse service with one than without it.

I would recommend getting a mesh network. Just put in wifi mesh on amazon and you will see tons. Most come with 3 units, a main and 2 satellites. They sync up and create a giant wifi network usually with much better 5G reception and speeds through the entire house. If unfamiliar 5g is your fast wifi 2g is old tech and slower but longer range (excluding the new wifi6 that is)
Can be had for like 100 bucks now.
Way simplified explanation but mesh made a huge difference at our house, and i thought ours was fine prior lol.
Anyway hope this helps some of yall if you run into this.

    Going back to my corner.

We recently got the Google mesh system and it has been a huge improvement over our old wifi. We only have two hubs right now but am considering a third for upstairs.
