I’m liking the Hellvape Helhiem RDTA (regular) so much that I ordered another one. Can’t say the same for the Pyro 4 or Artemis rdtas. I think the more pronounced conical top cap and more airflow capabilities makes it an incredibly great tasting rdta.

Is it night yet?

I’m trying to decide what kind of build I want to make with the Blaze. I’m looking through some of the many coils I have and I’m thinking maybe aliens at around 3.5 to 4 ohms. I don’t like lots of mass because I really want my coils to fire up quickly which doesn’t happen with more fancy coils.

any suggestions? The coils that came with it will ohm out too low for my taste I think.

What came with it? I’d probably try two.4 ohm coils

    yes. Rainbow lorikeets

the below is what is in the video

they are common here. You need to imagine that noise at 6am waking people up
I'm in Florida and as far as I know we have never had any endemic parrots but I do wonder if that's true and if it is true why that would be because we have at least half a dozen invasive flocks of parrots in my city alone. And one of them is quite large It has at least 200 individuals.

We have a green cheek conure flock which are relatively quiet they're smaller very pretty though kind of an olive green. And then we have a larger but not macaw size green headed bird that has some yellow variations that look like the same kind of bird just slightly different colors maybe a male or female difference I don't know. They are a bit louder not quite as loud as your lorikeets though.

But the issue with the larger ones is actually theyre large enough to disturb pine cones and things from trees which then fall down onto your car or your house. They're definitely invasive they're definitely thriving every now and again you'll find someone's pet cockatiel hanging out with the group It's like they adopt random lost birds.

And every time anyone in like the city council gets fired up and wants to get rid of the birds it really becomes a fight. We might complain about the loud pooping pine cone tossing creatures but we will absolutely not allow anyone to hurt them

So yep, stick a fork in me cause I'm done.

Funny story...not really funny like haha more like funny that i want to stick bamboo needles under my nails and listen to Fran Drescher sing ''My heart will go on'' on repeat for 2 days straight.

Pops wanted to stay with her cousin,so yay me...dropped him off for an over nighter and i had a full afternoon and night for myself.

Could have stayed home but nope, decided to drive 120 km (600 km there and 60km) to a big vape store in Alicante.
Get there, buy 3 different coils and then sat in a terrace with a nice frosty Horchata (cold Spanish drink,it is made with soaked, ground, and sweetened tiger nuts)
Tried all 3 coils, settled on one that was ok....i guess, nothing special, could feel my temper just rise a tad from not being able to get a pleasurably vape but ok,it happens.

Way back and just by the entrance of the town i live in wam bam thank you maam i feel the car drifting right, yep you guessed it,i got a flat.

Luckily the mechanic shop was like 500 meters away so drove in and asked the guy to fix the tire for me.
Meanwhile i am looking at my mod and Kumo and i get this brilliant idea, ask the guy if he has some sort of press there, one of the hydraulic ones.

He points to the corner and i tell him i need a favor, screw off the Kumo and tell him to put it in the press.

Gotta tell you, watching that sucker get wrecked was one of the most satisfying things ever!!
1st place would winning the lotto and getting my pops a new kidney with the lotto winnings,2nd getting the camper van of my dreams and 3rd watching that RDTA getting smushed with the sheer pressure of hydraulic press.

Sooo yeah no more RDTA,RDA or RTA for me,i am giving up,i don't give a rat's behind if i get better taste and it's cheaper...my mental sanity is worth much much more.

Was going to post this yesterday but in the state i was in at that moment that would have been a mistake
Would have probably got a warning, suspension or even a ban from ECF....i was really fuming.

Wish i could say this has been an enjoyable voyage...but this has sucked monkey pole!!
Time lost...money down the drain,i dreaded having to wick, clean tanks and put coils in,this is just not something i enjoy!!
Heck if i were an MTL user i would probably be using disposables, that is how committed i am to go on the path of least resistance.
And it's not because i am lazy, guys know me and read my reviews,i put in the work but this the whole RTA/RDTA/RDA/SQUONK think i just don't enjoy it.

Still got a Freemax coil left (shame i can't find them in Spain) and 2 new SMOK RPM 5 device which by the way i really enjoyed the coils and i can find them in Spain.
Will use those and maybe at a later day i will look into a nice sub ohm tank but yeah RBA's are off my list completely...time sink, money pit...anxiety boosting that at this juncture of my life i don't really need.

So anyway sorry for the long rant,do appreciate all the replies you have given me thru the years trying to help me find a nice RTA for me,much appreciated.

P.S: Just noticed that the tone of my post might incur the thought or idea that I'm leaving ECF,lol no you folks family.
I'm just switching to drop in coils and forgetting RBA's EVER EXISTED!!!!

Hey, building isn't for everyone. That's why there's all kinds of vape gear out there. And you can't say you didn't give it an honest try. As long as you're happy with what you have, that's all that matters. There's plenty of shineys that use drop in coils, so you still are still a Shiney.

Burbank California is full of green parrots. They roam in large flocks. Social media is full of sighting and people post when and where they are nearby. Word is that when Busch Gardens (local amusement park closed in the 70's they let all the birds loose and they have just procreated again and again
The Story of LA's Wild Parrots, Now Invading the Eastish-side
from the article it seems they have flooded towards east L.A. They only used to be in the valley (Burbank, North Hollywood and Van Nuys)

I would guess that a similar scenario like a distributor or a zoo or something like that contributed to a lot of the parrots around here. They're too healthy to really believe that they came from one or two different people letting go their pets as it wouldn't provide the genetic diversity to grow every year a healthy flock of parrots at least I wouldn't think so.

I know down south a hurricane smashed up a warehouse that was full of reptiles and that's part of the reason why we have so many invasive reptiles a little south of me. Now the iguanas that are notoriously falling from trees every time Florida gets cold who are also a little south of me in general they were probably mostly released by people. But they were also creatures that you could go into any pet store in the '90s and buy for $10.

As a side note you can dip a net into virtually any roadside ditch in Florida and fill your freshwater aquarium up with some pretty exotic fishes lol we've got gouramis and cichlids and mollies and tetras.

Kind of disappointing to think of Busch gardens doing that though I'm not sure if they're still open but I know we had one in Orlando

    Morning shinies ;)

Ordered a Vaporesso gen 80s kit earlier. It's the first 18650 mod that's piqued my interest since I got a z80. And it's even shaped like a z80

It's a nice one for sure. I like the Target 100 better though since it uses a 21700 and is still pretty small.

Man yet another HUGE flood you people are in atm. We down here are thinking of you people over in Sydney. Hope you're doing well mate
    Thanks for the thought Fred.
I'm not in one of the flood-prone areas of Sydney so I'm lucky. I feel so sorry for those people who've had their homes and possessions ruined for the 3rd time (4th for some) in 18 months. These aren't just new houses built on flood plains, some of these are properties that have had houses on them for 150 years and never flooded before. Also plenty of prime agricultural land hit with crops and livelihoods destroyed.

Mine are oct core claptons at .1
    At 85 watts.
Its a nice warm vape, worth mentioning that basically same build in the dr max at around 100.

The blaze has more air than i expected so i closed the airflow slightly.
    Good luck

What kind of coils do you use and where do you get them from?

I’m really liking the Wotofo premade NI80 Claptons. And also the vandy vape Aliens.

They can be expensive. I need to start making my own coils again. I have several rolls of Clapton VV wire just waiting to go. I kind of miss that part of my vaping experience.
