It's my understanding that you will need the SXi-Q software (PC or Mac). Have you tried that already???

The current SXmini Vi Class firmware is 23-12-2022-SXmini Vi Class-Firmware-Upgrade-EN-V95 and looks like they posted it on 2023-02-09.

If you already tried the SXi-Q software and it is not able to connect to the Vi then perhaps they need to upgrade the software??? Or maybe try another USB cable???

I've no interest in any of that. I would be happy with one boro mech mod. Don't have any interest whatsoever in collecting them.
Naturally . . . that's if I ever decide to buy one. Thus far my ability to say no to boro gear has been very strong.
However, I thoroughly enjoy reading about everyone's boro experiences. And I will gladly help others spend their money on boro stuff.

I've tried both, none of them gave data contact to the mod, reset the counter and charge through the PC so something happens though.
Tried the original usb-c and another usb-c.

My powers of resistance are far stronger than my fellow Shiny enablers who have been suggesting I buy a boro.
And for the record, I nearly purchased a mech boro not long ago from a maker on FB. Was about buy one and then my intuition said "no". I always follow my gut. Rarely follow the Shiny part of my brain anymore. It always wants to buy something!!!

I have installed filters and a firewall in my brain that help to quiet that pesky Shiny part of my brain. They work (mostly).

Please,DM it’s harder for me to confuse who’s who on this site with out getting mixed up about who’s communicating to me. I’ll check what I have. I know I had a mini as well as a few P2s or P3s. I’ll DM you several photos of what I got. All were new and bought as Provaris with extras such as beauty rings what you like is up to you. I don’t plan on taking any breaks hopefully with this broadcast. What a mess love it!!!
That’s then, themrealm reason I sell one or two items at the most is push people to hear their stories. I will include any spare parts that are new and unused.
