Soldering tweezers from Amazon. Handles are a bit rough but I'll sand them down. The main thing is how strong they are and how easily they pick up and hold small components.

I spent some time since my last post sanding down the handles and checking the different tweezers. They really are strong and should be useful for the way I work. I'm a bit clumsy so the reverse action will help me hold small components.
Not high quality tools but ok for now.

Practising on an old SEVO and a bxr pcb. De-soldering, cleaning up, then re-soldering.
Lots to learn but I'm m feeling more comfortable after watching the Mr SolderFix videos.

I hear you S. Amazon are corporate crooks, no doubt. They are very seductive though - overnight free delivery even on the weekend.

yes they are seductive and I have fallen prey many times to their appeal.
I am behind 3 projects that I could not get to this past summer due to the heat. Only one is a commission project. The other two are stones/bricks for the grave markers for friend's cat and dog
