Steven Hasani, the owner of Haku, got fairly ill a couple years back. He hasn't been seen in the Haku private FB group in a good long time.
There are a few others from Haku who have been answering support questions in his place.
IDK maybe consider joining the 'Haku Engineering (21+)' Facebook group and ask about your Xeta there.

However, I see interesting attys from Italy on the way out, and very interested in how the new one from SteamPipes is, which will be launched around Christmas time
The positive thing is that I have lost interest in Boro! Still one mod and 4 rba.

Thanks for the link. I've taken a screen shot of it. It comes in handy with the dog's ear infection. Got that sorted...but going forward I have to weekly drop a milliliter of liquid as maintaince.....20 drops which will make it easier for me.

Thanks mate. I've got another frame on the way and all the bits and the DNA board I need to put it together. This one will look a little different but still bling! I love the design of these frames with so much air/much less condensation plus they are smaller and lighter in the hand. Not sure why SXK don't sell them as fully assembled devices.
