I didn’t know that they made a dna100c. I have two of the dna75c versions.
Well then its a 75c. I'm not overly fond of dna chips and the 100 hadn't been released yet. I just like the smallish triangle shape.

    Somewhere between here and there
    Morning shinies ;)

    I think I'm doomed.

Not me. I was kind of aggravated that they came out with the 21700 version right after I shelled out the money for the 18650 version. I think I’m getting close to being done buying Boro stuff anyway.

Went fishing at Palm Beach this morning and landed a 60cm Kahawai. Not the best eating fish (it'll be dinner anyway!) but great fighting fish.

    Beautiful pic T.
You must be the only Aussie calling it a Kahawai over there...? :p
I agree. Not the best eating, but a fantastic fighter...especially on light spinning gear.

    Nice article on them

    Hey there Fred!
Sounds like you and I need to go fishing one day. My favourite ever Kahawai catch was on saltwater fly off the rocks in 2000. It was my first decent SWF fish ever.
As for the name Kahawai - I don't know what the local NSW indigenous names are for them (in Western Australia it's Ngari) but there's no way I'll call them Australian Salmon. Typical English colonial mis-reading of our local fauna.

Same Beach two mornings ago. Caught a couple of bonito (a type of shiny?)

Good morning and Happy New Year everyone,
we got snow yesterday, about 0.5 meters in 24 hours, with 20-25 m/s wind, the only thing I've done is carry firewood.
The neighbor has just been in and shoveled snow with his tractor, so now my car is free lol
Unfortunately, it won't be the last time, the schedule is that we can get up to the same amount in the next 48 hours as well.
