Yes single flavor batch for new flavors is the way to go. That you can find out how it tastes before trying to mix it with something else. And if you know what they taste like solo, you can make a better guess at which to mix together.

Thanks for the advice Beamslider. That was my problem last time around. Trying to create uber mixes with no real familiarity with how the individual flavors tasted on their own or when combined with even just one other flavor. I have a lot more favorite store bought juices I can rely on now while experimenting so there's no need to try to make the ultimate juice (for me) right out of the gate.

You may actually find that there are several that you like as solo vape and don't need more flavors. Start out will low %, you can always add more to test later.

Will do! And yes, actually hoping to get lucky with some of the flavors and end up liking them on their own. Would sure make mixing that much easier!

What I did was look for recipes on the interweb.

Awesome thank you! Hubby is needing batteries for a flashlight (he tried stealing some and I took them back and told him he's not putting mod batteries into his flashlight... lol... I promised to buy him some and haven't done so yet, he complained just this morning that I still need to do so) and I need a couple more to boot, so I'll make good use of this code!
I use flat top in my flaslights.then you can borrow his when needed.

I too tried several recipes found on the web when first starting out. I found that I didn't actually like most of them. Out of a dozen or so of them I ended up with one I still do make. Most of them just weren't to my taste and were heavy amounts of flavoring. They seemed as if they were made for low vapor devices to get some flavor out of them.

I have since kept it simple. I have several that I like that are single flavors in the 5-7% range and others with 2 flavors in the same overall range.

^^^^^^^:lol::lol:^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Posted in the wrong thread. LOL. Post if you need help with a bankruptcy or something :D. I got lots of advice.... I actually do, we moved to Tucson in the height of the housing crisis, and even after the husband rehabbed the house, it wouldn't sell. We literally had no choice and were renters for 7 years. :( It is NOT a fun process AND I really felt bad about it. I kept telling the husband that if we had to do a short sale that was better and overall manageable but would anyone listen to me? Nope, including my mom although to be fair we came here as I was quite batnutz at the time but yet I still always seem to maintain a modicum of common sense. Probably saved my life though, so overall not complaining. :)

Well, I'm slightly sick and very cold here, so decided to try and wrap a coil.
No pics cause it's uglier than I am.
24g Ni80 parallel 3mm single @ .19

Wow. May have to work at this.
Good for you. I can't say that practice make perfect (at least for me) but practice definitely made it a lot more simple.

Nic River doesn't ship any nic above 48mg by USPS. Anything above has to go another carrier with them Ground as they consider it hazmat material

Check out doesn't let me get to shipping options. It stops with a message - "Sorry, We cannot ship the hazmat in the cart to your area." It's cool as I can get nic salts from other sources but was surprised because other vendors do ship to my area.

Probably this then, I just checked a bottle of Nicotine River salts in the Freezer. Top on it is not CHILD PROOF as far as I can tell.

§ 59.1-293.11. Sale or distribution of liquid nicotine container; prohibition; penalty

§ 59.1-293.11. Sale or distribution of liquid nicotine container; prohibition; penalty.
A. No person shall sell or distribute at retail or offer for retail sale or distribution a liquid nicotine container in the Commonwealth on or after October 1, 2015, unless such liquid nicotine container meets child-resistant packaging standards.

I just tried it with a lower level of NIC with a VA address and it doesn't allow any NIC, says no shipping available to your location. Higher than 48mg and it says Hazmat material can not be shipped to your location.

So it is probably the non child proof container.

OK, I just checked their freebase nic and it allows even the higher than 100mg to VA but it comes up with UPS shipping only. So definitely probably the packaging container. The freebase stuff comes from what I remember when I used to get it a square plastic bottle with an almost impossible to open top for us older pharts. The Nic salts are in different containers with easy to open tops.
