How old are those batteries?
I'm assuming regulated (guess I should know what you use, read enough of your replies).
I've had really decent life on my Therion with VTC6, and decent with the 5a. Nothing to write home about but good enough to get through most of the day.

Okay just looked at the specs. The Pico 21700 will take 25 mm tanks and comes with an adapter to use 18650 batteries. There is also a kit with battery included 21700. This is probably what the Istick Mega should have been and probably replacing it.
