Thanks Guys I'll let you know how it comes out.

That just made me think that since I live in Indiana I would have corn or soybean flavored juice. Random thought, I know. Star Wars marathon, gift wrapping and

Moonshine is made from corn... actually, turning the corn into moonshine made the corn easier to transport to market, moonshine being smaller and not as heavy as the corn that goes into it...

So... if you get some moonshine flavored ejuice your really vaping corn...

So on that note... Moonshine ejuice.. Moonshine

I have a bad case of 'low end shinyitis'. I currently possess the following mods: an innokin T22, an innokin cool fire pebble, an eleaf istick and an aspire zelos. All cost under $40. I also have four innokin prism tanks and the nautilus tank that came with the zelos.

So, I have four mods and five tanks. Nature abhors a vacuum, as they say, so I am in the market for another mod for the orphaned tank. Any cool looking, reliable mods you guys can recommend for UNDER $40? Of course 510 threading is required and I 'super ohm', high output is not required, since I never vape above 14 watts. A cool color would be nice as well.
You and I are on the exact same vaping path, so if you can up your budget to $50 and want to think outside of the box I have a suggestion. The old school Innokin iTaste SVD 2.0 is a perfect match for the T22 tank. The top of the 2.0 has big slots that match perfectly with the bottom air slots of the T22. There is a guy on EBay selling genuine 2.0’s for $15.95 plus free shipping. They originally retailed for $99. They have the Evolve DNA 20 chip. It is big and heavy, which is why I think it never took off.
But it’s a great match to the T22. I use it every day.

Problem- it takes external batteries and I know you like plug ins. But sooner or later you will be moving up probably.

If you do research during Christmas sales you can get a Nitecore I4 intellicharger for around $20 and a couple Samsung 25r’s for 3 or 4 bucks each. Should be able to do it for about $50 or so with shipping.

Just a suggestion.

I have an Innoken 30 watt Itaste that was gifted to me by a member here, and I absolutely love it, actually. It's a really solid build, the battery is still functioning beautiful and it's old enough (my son discovered this when I handed it to him) that it actually has a tiny internal plug that can be opened up to charge it via cellphone (directly) and it still works fantastically. I have a newer Innoken mod on order and I'm really looking forward to it, as the one I have is solid, it charges quickly, and it's just an overall neat mod that feels good in the hand. tgs3, I think you've gotten a good recommendation.

Great suggestion, redeuce. I will look into the iTaste further.
It’s 8” long with T22 and weighs a lot, but it’s a fun unit. Only comes in black and stainless though.

You’re gonna need the charger, because the final step in the vaping ladder is a Provari. Lol

I am a bit hazy on the external charger. I need a charger plus batteries for the charger? Hence, the samsungs?

Great suggestion, redeuce. I will look into the iTaste further. Update: found this: $17.82 Authentic Innokin iTaste SVD 2.0 Variable Wattage APV Mod - 18350/18650 / 5.0-20.0W / stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

The price is certainly right. I am about to pull the trigger.
never seen a battery tester in the carrying case. I must live a sheltered life.

Yes, most external batteries should be charged on an external charger, unless the mod manufacturer specifically recommends a USB (which the Provape Radius does, but the design is such that to continually remove and replace batteries would likely break the mod, eventually). Even if the manufacturer says you CAN charge via USB, that is true but a) it's going to take a fair amount of time, b) it tends to cause wear and tear on the USB port so you have to be careful and c) in two battery mods, charging can occur unevenly between the batteries.

The good news is that a decent one can be had fairly inexpensively and I MUCH prefer swapping out batteries rapidly and letting them charge (with one eye out on their status) externally, and putting a fresh one in.

I use a Nitecore Intellicharger 2 at the moment, it has some issues, but it's been a solid charger (just have to be careful with the slides) but there are other manufacturers who do a good inexpensive 2 or 4 bay charger as well.

Best of luck,

Anna

Yes. The 25r gives you all day in that unit. They are a proven battery and cheap

On a brighter note...my AVS order has already shipped! Shinyitis does pay off sometimes. For 20 bucks I'll have 10 coils that will last at least 6-12 weeks each. The snips on sale will probably be the last pair I have to buy. Good day.
Which coils from them did you buy Letitia? I am looking for SS coils for my new Ares tank. I am thinking either 2.5 mm or 3.0 mm with 7 wraps would work? Steam engine says that should get me to around 1 ohms which should work for me.
