I'm gonna have to bug out in a bit too--Thing #3 has invited some jailbait over for my burgers and my perfect imitation of Five Guys fries.

Need more taters--cheerleaders are as hungry as they are cute.

And no. I'm not posting pics of the jailbait.

Is it just me, or is this kind of a weird ad to run on a vape forum?

Not just you...um, yuck!

What colors did y'all get? I got blue.
I'm boring...my P80 is black :D

I've decided that the EXO is as good as the Crius II (at least for me), and I think it's easier to fill...

Carry on with the book club! :thumb:

My second favorite Sci fi author is Thomas Whatshisname, the dude who wrote the books about the guy with leprosy that was cured in his fictional sci-fi world.... Man, it's been a long time since I read those, and LOL, tells you something that I cannot remember but he also finished his story.

If there is one thing I cannot stand, it's an author who starts a whole series of books and then won't finish. And listen to me, I should be editing right now.... So I have some sympathy for being you know, laggardly.

Anna

I saw where books were the topic earlier, so I'll chime in:)

Best book I've ever read (I don't read much anymore)
1984 George Orwell - gave me a new perspective on life - a dark perspective - but a new one.

Most Sci-Fi by Phillip K D.i.c.k. (had to type his name like that.)
His novels were turned into movies such as Blade Runner, Total Recall, and Minority Report. Guy was a genius IMO

It took me a minute to figure it all out. I don't see ads so am not sure how they appear. It almost looks like I selling the disgusting toothpicks. LOL
I don't see the ads, either...and I don't use my phone on the forum. I need a real keyboard, LOL

@Eskie, why is my username with that ad? A disgusting idea, BTW. o_O

Yeah, as @Stoneface pointed out it's a phone screenshot. It's all I have in the hospital so I'm forced to screen type which I hate. At least I have an unlimited data plan because between streaming music, video, and hanging out around here I've used closer to 60 GB for the month. You would think they'd offer decent speed wifi but no, it's maybe 1 Mbps, pretty useless.

I have decent wifi at work, thankfully...but I have a tablet for use there and typing would be way too slow to keep up with this thread, LOL.

couldn't agree more about him being a difficult read. My first attempt was way back when I was in HS and I had just finished reading All the Kings Men and talk about changing it up! I don't mean a change in terms of genre but in regards to them being completely different styles of writing. I'm pretty sure I had to re-read a few things but I stuck with it and came to really enjoy his works

I guess they figure free wifi for patients checks off the amenities list without specifying how crappy it is. I tether my tablet here to my phone so I can watch video on a larger screen. I can't see paying extra for a tablet data plan too when tethering is so easy.

somebody's going to have to start a Shinyitis Sufferers Book Lovers thread. Allow me to nominate @stols001
It's only proper that it be her since she is the one that urged JFC to start this one. Plus having the thread started by an actual writer seems fitting.
