,

I agree with Opinionated. I got a starter kit when I first started and never used 90%of the stuff that came with it. I tried to make overcomplicated juices and most of them came out bad. It took some practice and experimentation and wasted juice to get it right. It is great fun and when you do create the perfect recipe it is so awesome! I see a lot of times with new cooks at work that want to create masterpieces with every ingredient in the building. They lose sight of the fact that a few of the right ingredients in the right amounts can be absolutely sublime.
I'm learning less is more the hard way. Never did take instruction well.

ditto, All my recipes when I started were 5 - 10 (or more) flavors. These days I rarely go over 3 or 4 ingredients and at least half of the recipes I make are simple one shots from RF with or without a little added stevia. Mixing is fun, but it was more fun when I first started. These days I just like to get in and out of the mixing station as quick as possible with 4 or 5 x 100ml recipes created.

Don't revoke my vaping license, I own a copper one and had a silver backup which the husband selected as his "main mod." I have good taste. I'm really strongly considering ahem, a backup. I also need to decide if I am going to get more flavors.... It's tempting, but then there is no point being "bad" with my credit just because we are consolidating. It does defeat the purpose.

I do WANT more flavors, but do I need them? I know it's a shinyitis exemption, and I have NOTHING like the flavor assortments of many DIY folks have. Decisions, decisions... :)

Hoping I land at this point soon. Now that many attempts have steeped and I'm getting a handle on what's working for me I should have a dozen go to recipes.

I have about six "have to have" recipes. Probably three or four more that I make, but not on a regular basis.

I read over time less becomes more... Meanwhile, I am cuing up 30 base flavors! I tend to crank it up to 11 lmao You guys save me a lot of money, I might even be able to buy my Gloom this month! When I learned to cook, I bought out an entire Sur La Ta, I am still on first name basis wIth most of the staff even though I have only been in one time this year....

I am with you there. I used to have a lot of fun experimenting. Nowadays I know exactly what I want and just mix it together and get on with my life. Dont have a mixing station per se anymore, i order the amounts I need and mix it directly into a big bottle. I think I am going to get more into trying out new stuff again. It really was more fun in the beginning.

LOL, yeah, my primary mod is a VA Knight. I just got added to the Limelight secret group this morning! Been in the vetting cue for over two weeks.

Love Vicious Ant! Crazy but those are the cost of what I would spend on cigarettes in a month and a half. Doing large batches of DIY, I figure I made a 4-5 month supply for about $45. Much more money for high end devices.

Exactly how I justify purchase; I see it as a medical device.

That's the best I can get it with just one hand to work with.

I did get it cleared up with Gimp.

I was informed by email early this AM my order was canceled & monies refunded, seems that supplier was aware of a screen glitch, dang it, WALT was just going to sit there anyway.
