Yes they are.. a squonk mod requires more open path from the juice to the wicking so I'm fairly certain that rebuildable atty's are the only ones which would work efficiently. .
When running a dripper, you need to carry juice with you so you can saturate the wicks.
On a squonker, the 510 pin is hollow and you squeeze juice up from the internal bottle to saturate the wicks. One less thing to carry.
The Kanger DripBox2 and DripBox160 have premade coils you can buy for it's RDA, but I would't advise them.

I need to ship some vg based sweetener across the country. I'm planning on using this bottle here:
It's a rubber stopper top, rather than screw on...
Question is, how should I ship this? Should I tape it up fairly solidly then place it in a baggie? Or does everyone think the tape is overkill...
