If it were mine. I'd hit it with the superfine steel wool and buff again with a big wheel or mushroom buff.

I find those little Dremel pads create more work on a big area than they actually polish. But again, I is not versed in the dark arts of the buff and polish either.

I have no electrical tools. I can barely manage the little battery operated paint mixer I use for diy juices.

As you probably don't want to sumberge your mod in boiling water I'd go with fine polishing paste and a cloth. Not a fan of rotary tools on soft metals, especially if you're not experienced. You can easily remove more material than necessary.

Not joking, you can achieve a good polish with that with only minimal abrasion.

Otherwise I'd look in the automotive department for something like this

It's pretty limited when room temp, it's best with boiling water. Toothpaste would be a better bet.
