5 Just like the page states... ;)

FIVE "LEG" VERSION
There has been an inferior version of these out there with 4 legs to the top cap, but we inspect for and only carry the better 5 post version.

So that's a GOOD thing! Never knew batteries HAD legs!

It's a good thing for the iJoy 20700 battery to have 5 legs, as it is the better version.

There are different leg configurations (3/4/5) across battery manufacturers, the 5 vs 4 only applies to this specific iJoy 20700.

It's another instance of iJoy pulling one of their sleazy maneuvers. Replacing a good battery with a cheaper one, but keeping the same wrapper to con customers into thinking they are getting the same battery.

iJoy is the slimiest out of all the Chi-Nee manufacturers IMHO.

It's a good thing an liion only carries 5 leg.

The perform a little better than the 4 leg ijoys.

Talking about ijoy only. Most places only carry 5 leg ijoyd
But you don't know unless you ask or they say in the ad.

I get the KeepPower version, exact same cell as the 5 leg iJoy and you know what you are buying.

It's the thing about rewrappers Mooch keeps warning us about in each of his tests of such batteries. They may change the rewrap cell at any point in time. With the sudden loss of a leg it was obvious in this instance.
If they change the battery to another one with 5 legs (or convince the 4-leg manufacturer to add one) it'll be harder to know. The sooner we get the big boned batteries from big name companies the better.

Happy Saturday Everyone!!!

Just disconnected my desktop tower, brought it to the garage and blew out all of the dust with my compressor.

It's probably happy about that!!!
I do that as soon as the video card fans start to get louder than the case fans. :D

Purge the moisture from your compressor before blowing your electronics off or you'll let the magic smoke out. Electronics hate moisture. moist moist moist...

Fast moving air "rubbing" over electronics... would not recommend. If you don't want to take the risk of static damage that is ^^

An apartment dweller I is... No Kompressor here, just a Filter Queen...

I see CompressorHead has a singer and lead guitarist now.

Bump.

Did you get one of the Yun 25's?

If you did, just wondering what you thought of it.

I love it! Think I will give the rabbit a rest for a little while. Thanks for the heads up! Like you said, worth it at $28. It's a steal at $4.
