Wish they would get the staggered fc spools back up. My favorite wire for dripping.
Yeah, I want to try them so bad. I am a bit disappointed with them they are out of stock on a lot of things, starting to worry they are not doing so well and are going to shut down.

No, they had some employee turnover and are training new employees. Some of their stuff is still done by hand and they are pretty particular about what gets sent out.

Sorry, i don't have any real recommendationsTheir downtown is really cool. Tons of breweries and has a large outdoor mall. I didn't do much tourist stuff. I was mainly getting the feel for possibly moving there. We used to go through there every year when I was a kid on the way to Iowa. It's one of the most beautiful areas i have been. If you have a car there check out Colorado Springs, Aspen, The Rocky Mountains, theres a ton of National Parks. The little mountain towns and the other surrounding areas. In the city there is the usual city stuff. Museums, Zoo... I live in a tourist city and I am so tired of it. Denver is a normal city, and a very pretty one. That is what I loved most about it.

I love old architecture. May seem boring to people who live in old cities, but everything in LV is newer than 1950's

Sorry for the long post.
You live in a tourist town, our downtown is a fraternity party ...both of our cities 24 hours a day. People are confounded that I rarely go to the French Quarter. Too many crowds of tourists. I think our hotel is close to the outdoor mall. Not big on tourist stuff unless you count museums. Just looking forward to seeing someplace different.

Dear lurkers:

You are welcome to post anything you'd like.
While we would be considered a tight knit group we really are just mildly defective, weirdly abnormal folks who happen to be gathered at the same place at the same time(ish).

You don't need to have a stash of mods, you only need to possess a sense of humor and preferably a large wallet.

Seriously, please join in. We move fast so please don't be discouraged if your reply gets missed.

This has been a monthly reminder to all our lurkers. If I'd been an actual emergency I would have called you out by name.
Like @wickedalibi who lurked earlier and liked posts but didn't join in...

Shame on you.

I still remember my first post and how grateful I found a group that would discourage spending and save my bank account... oh, how naive I was...

I am the same way about The Strip. I work down there so I avoid it as much as possible. I used to get stuck down there every NYE. It was fun when I was young but I have no interest anymore. There are a lot of really nice hotels in Downtown Denver. If you feel like just checking out the town and not drive all the trains go through Union Station and out to the suburbs. There is a lot to do within walking distance from your hotel if you are staying by rhe mall. I had a very relaxing trip there. It is everything Las Vegas is not.

Oh come now, would you ask a possum not to play dead? Would you ask a skunk to not smell? Nay, nay I say. Dare not expect us to go against our nature. Ask not what your finances can do for you, but how quickly we can destroy said finances.

When I was a boy I would get $5 from my Grandmother for my birthday. Save it they said. Asking a child to save money given to him goes against everything we hold true in our capitalistic society.
(Imagine I tie this into shinyitis here, be creative, I would)

Now go forth young marsupial. Go forth and spend, spend as if your beady little eyes have landed in the holy possum Grail of vaping. Wrap those claws around it and hold it high and dare the world to run over you and take it.

Be the inspiration our lurkers need. Be their hairy, ever so ugly, beacon of hope. Despair not if the tires of financial oppression bear down on you. Don't freeze in the headlights of oncoming poverty. Fein death in the face of adversity and shine on you crazy thing you!
