Squonking is so much easier...

Oh really? LOL, I seem to remember someone saying recently (only half in jest) that they were going to give up squonking and buy a pico? Dot mod happened?

LOL, the Hulkess she says what she wants... Although the husband has returned home for an outing, I may get away with this post before Lord Vader sends minions to....

Hey that would make a great movie! LOL.

It’s a 3. I knew the headache was coming, co I used a coil master, so I’m positive on diameter. At least, the diameter before I started trying to get it in. Then I stuck a 3 post back through it trying to straighten it up. Then decided to just go with a crooked coil till tomorrow
I’ll redo tomorrow. That’s one ugly coil :(
It looks like you need more wick inside coil as well.
Basically just more wicking, lol

You are, oddly, quite patient. I’m going to go cram some wick in and see what happens. It will remain in isolation on a paper towel until we learn to get along though

You know, it's been said that squonking is for those who couldn't master wicking a vacuum dependent RTA.
Not by me mind you, but it's been said.

Just kidding, please don't beat me. :D

You forget, I deal with "adults" for whom the Army had to put their name on the front of their shirt so they wouldn't forget it.

A good indicator that it's wicked properly is if you fill it and it doesn't dribble on itself out of the airflow holes.

We have nothing against squonkers. I myself have my long loved Reos.
If we don't give our resident squonking pair grief every now and then, every other post would be about how we all need to switch, lol. :D

Mainly I just like to give them grief.........

It's good for newbs just for that reason. They don't have to worry an RDA leaking unless they're starting on a Kennedy. Every time someone on ECF says "I wanna learn how to build my own coils," I tell'em to start with a simple single coil RDA and use a single wire coil. Learn about leak prevention later. Just get the thing firing and tasting right first.

Gotta walk first...

Years ago.......I think people trying to wick the Kayfun Lite consistently probably did more for the squonking movement than anything else, lol.
I agree, Kennedy style airflow is definitely not a good starting point for a newbie.
They could just cut out the middleman and dump their juice on the ground and all over their mod.
