It would add to the cost of doing business but all you gotta do is sell unflavored nicotine liquid in one location and zero nicotine flavored liquid in another location.So a little confused about the ban, I'm guessing B&M's are not allowed to sell (Flavored) e-juice.. I get that.. If a resident orders something online, is there consequences for that as well? or would online retailers be banned from selling to someone living within the confines of the city?

That's flat out wrong. It's the Italian government that imposed those horrendous taxes, not the EU. Taxes are imposed by member states, the only way for a EU wide tax would be every single member states government agreeing with each other to impose a certain tax. The EU parliament explicitly doesn't have the power to do that.When I asked why, the answer was that the EU established taxes on eliquids which ended up doubling the price.
