Lower the coil first and see if that works. The Ares gets cranky if it’s close to the dome

Well....I finally fell under the shiny spell you all are so good at administrating.......color me initiated. LOL

Bought a purple Minikin v2 from eight vapes.....

I had been eyeing that one for a really long time, so I can justify it that way.....yep...thats my story.....and I'm sticking to it.

Yep, it's fine now (the Ares). I AM NOT, I have hit my HOTNESS (and I don't mean how I LOOK quite the REVERSE LOL) BREAKING POINT, I think they're mostly finishing up.

You know, global warming we did our part for you today. Not only is our new A/C/heating thing far more efficient, we lived through the kind of heat that ANY SANE European person would encounter for TEN MINUTES and like, buy a new A/C unit immediately.

Oh, Europe "boasting" (well, the media anyway, I bet most sane Europeans don't boast about it) about having NO A/C is like an Alaskan Person boasting about having no A/C.

You want to trade me "heat" for "A/C" well, that's FINE. If ya'll wanna give up your heat in the frigid Finnish winters, I'll THEN feel even REMOTELY guilty about my A/C usage (and probably not even then). LOL.

The husband agreed to give me half the rebate check. I (would have) pointed out I DESERVED it for not going to Starbucks for the day, and etc., but it was not necessary. LOL.

Well, they are not coming until Monday to do that. LOL, it will not make me HAPPY to be dealing with it, but you had better BELIEVE the second they say "OKAY" I'm going to bet the husband who can go longest in undergarments while we turn the A/C down to 45 degrees (F).

So, I will be unhappy, I guess they couldn't determine a "need" to clean them out (the airducts) BUT REALLY I can't IMAGINE why the dude who sold us the unit after checking it did not ASSUME that our airducts were HORRIBLE.

LOL they have to go UNDER the house, too, which the Husband just closed up. But, well, eh. I don't mind if it looks like it SNOWS in here (well, I do, really) as long as temperature wise, it feels like it's snowing.

Wait, now they are talking about going underneath 'now" I have no idea. Think I'm going to go sit in the chest freezer for a bit.

They don't seem awful (for that type of stuff, in Tucson) just a bit grifty, and well, I can deal with grifty.

Either way, I guess I'm going to have to live.

ALTHOUGH, man, WE JUST CLEANED the entire place. I'm not exactly clear why the husband waited until the day AFTER my mom came to do this... Unless it's some sort of subliminal punishment he wanted to inflict, in which case he should have not let her leave.

Also, she grew up in Broken Hill Australia during a time when A/C didn't exist, and she had to go to an OUTHOUSE in the dark in the middle of the night full of spiders bigger than her hand. She may be 74, but I think she could TAKE IT. LOL.

Anna

OMG, Air. I asked the dude about the dirt and stuff and he said, "No... Your new one has filters in it.... Unlike your last one." LOL

I put one in a cart somewhere every time the Minikin comes up.. LOL.

If ever there's a great "Minikin" shortage somewhere, you know who to punish and/or steal the internet from. LOL.

There is a small part of me that is going, "I should use SOME of that rebate money to buy a Minikin." Hopefully the urge will have passed by the time I get that money, although I do have a REBATE (LOL, that NEVER happens to me, ever, with car insurance) check in my purse from State Farm in my purse. LOLZ. I figure I EARNED it after paying that lawyer wife I hit (and inadvertently ran from) while I was parking downtown with pneumonia day number 17 months. LOL. That was a LOT (1500) to pull from my IRA, man.

Maybe... It can be the first thing I buy with my new job and new paycheck! LOL. Doesn't sound impulsively fun at ALL. Heh.

Now you people (enablers) have me wanting an Asmodus minikin 2

Actually I've looked at it many times but never pulled the trigger on one :)
They are a great mod. I have one and now one in a cart at 8vape. I bought a Demon RDA. Going home to build it. I would love another Minikin but I get so much more use from my Pulse Mods. The Minikin stays safe at home most of the time.

Yeah I already have 10 mods in rotation, so I don't NEED any more. Also have one coming in the mail from a contest win.

Someone in here, maybe TD, pointed out the most awesome thing you do not even know about until you start using one and that is the awesome battery usage. They go forever.

Battery question... I’m noticing something with my brown married LGs... each pair is numbered. I rotate their positions each time they’re used. They’re paired with a mod so I don’t use them out of order. I rest them minimum 24 hours before using again. What I’m seeing is when I go to charge, one of the pair is about.25 volts lower than the other one. This is normally when they get divorced, and the offending battery goes to recycling. Am I missing something? It’s not all the pairs, and only the brown ones. Thanks all

I’ve been using only the paranormal and Minikin lately. Haven’t charged the Minikin in a week. It’s about due now. That’s some battery life!

I am at 9 of them myself. Only 2 are regulated. And one is a minikin. It is the one that I refuse to part with.
