My wife was scheduled for her hysterectomy the day after I came back from deployment so I could be there.
We hadn't seen each other for several months.
She asked me "You realize the doctor says we can't have sex for several, several weeks after my surgery and we haven't seen each other for months, right?"
I replied "Only opening they had after I get back and I want to be there for you sweetheart, but what did the dentist say?"
I almost didn't come back from deployment, for my own safety.

Job research and whatnot ALL afternoon. Phew. I just mean preparing for my interviews. LOL the coworker I was going to get together with was like, "Um, I'm doing the summer program again." When she attempted to schedule.... Oooh, it sent SHIVERS up my spine, like try 30 kids with various dx and NO A/C at all, and you have to babysit them, I mean, engage in therapeutic activities all DAY, in a gym with no A/C.
I regret nothing. LOLZ. Even the jail has air conditioning. Too low, usually but you can always wear MORE CLOTHES.
Not having A/c probably kept some awful event from happening even the kids got lethargy after a while, BUT STILL. For like, a decade!

Try babysitting 60 "kids" who all think they're gonna be James Bond, Rambo, and Jason Bourne all rolled into one, with no a/c, in the swamps of Florida who think you're too old to teach them anything useful..........
It never ends the way they expect, lol.

They're very well rounded, fairly neutral. The mid is missing a little (just a little) umph but is fixed with the app. I personally think they produce a little more bass than needed but could just be my eq ( phone adjusts for my ears, some loss).
They're comfortable. Snug, enough and plenty of choices for tips. I've only used them a little tonight. They are pricey, we paid half of retail with Crutchfield discount. I think that you could do just as well for $199-$250. I had tried these at work and fell in love. They're nice change from Sennhieser Momentum M2, when I want less bulk.
As for what I've paid in CS, I don't think about it. Been 15 years of it, I've adjusted. It's been a struggle at times, and we are not swimming in money. Our philosophy is "Everything we need and some of what we want". Sometimes we go too far in one direction or another, but we (Cassie, Hunter, Ethan, & Emma) have each other...and that's worth it.

That's my issue with all earbuds. They think they need to overcompensate on the low end to allow for ambient noise (which only exacerbates low end) and to appeal to the masses who don't know what a 'flat' response is......

Well there's a basic app that allows some adjustments. It also allows different ambient modes (only 1 at a time) when tapping the left ear. Over all I'm pleased. I don't listen to anything demanding so they are more than enough.
I have "tested" a few cans and buds lately. These just caught my attention. If it weren't for my discount I wouldn't have them.
Now I have to try them when I go through Dallas and pass my buddy's shop next week.
