We did ribs, baked beans, cole slaw and potato salad. Chilton county peach cobbler for dessert. We’ve done nothing but r&r. I mixed yesterday for some long steep juices. Tomorrow I’ll do a couple to take on vacation this weekend.
I have discovered the downside to bigger batteries... the 21700 takes freaking forever to charge! Not sure what amperage the efest charges at, but I’d be interested to know if there’s a quicker charger

If it's a LUC:

1.0A or 0.50A. There should be a switch near the power cord and the display should tell you what the current setting is.

And yeah, the fat babies always take longer to feed.

That’s why you order a second one.
That wouldn't be enough, either.

Nor would the third, the fourth or the 72nd.

I thought about having a few beers with my hot dogs and BBQ beans today, but then I remembered that I have plans for football season. ;)

Pretty sure the 6 bay efest is 0.5. So is the two bay xtar I keep in the car. I have a nitecore at the Lakehouse, until I can get there to check which batteries it’ll take, I don’t want to buy another charger. I like having a 6 bay. Just need 1 amp charging. Not asking for much

One is too many, and a thousand is never enough. I think for everyone’s safety, I’ll stick with my iced tea

Gaaah, you’re going all engineery, read the instructions on me . What you’re telling me is, those fat batteries aren’t going to charge any faster. Ever :(

I think it depends on which bay you put them in. I still wouldn't use the 2.0A capability except every now and then. That puts a hurt on the battery.

I don't worry too much about charging 18650's at 1.0 or 2.0 because they're cheap. The fat ones I wanna keep for a while.

I know the outer two bays are the “quick” charge ones. Unfortunately, they’re the two that do anything bigger than an 18650. Guess I’ll keep the xtar here. Or get a second charger for here. Out of the five I have at various houses, you’d think ONE would be right

I tried to steer you towards the LUC 2 but noooo... hardheaded Alabama females do what the hell they wanna.

Heh...

I'm betting Bama girls don't own hardheadedness. It afflicts the entire species.
