Pretty much all my batteries are wrapped upside down. Especially the Albert ones. Bothers me to see them upside down in the mod.

I only wrap my single cells with a graphics upside down. Alberts I match the polarity markings on the wrap to the battery….think having that reversed would drive me nuts (I know it means nothing!).

@chanelvaps . allow me to take a brief moment off from my bout of self-pity to say I'm so sorry. Your dad looked like a sweetheart and I am sure you will miss him. Wishing you and your family the best.

Man, so on the self-pity note, I have forgotten how like, you sort of feel better your first day at work, LOL, only to realize a) oh, no you do not feel better at all. Also, b) you are functioning at approximately half capacity, if that. You aren't really sure if like, your first mistake was LIKE your first mistake. That kind of thing. And you are all wobbly and slow and like, you end a perfectly good session on weight management and stuff by weighing the kid (the parents wanted to know) and then WEIGHING yourself (oh why... I kind of thought it would be funny) but I weighted 7 lbs less than the kid and like, he's SIX!!!! ish I think. I pointed out I was a head taller too. I ended it with a weak, "Well, you are a guy, you are supposed to be, like, more muscular..."

I don't think the kid minded (he sort of embraced my whimsical state and slight challenge inherent in the weigh in thing. (BUT I BET HIS PARENTS DIDN'T.) LOL.

I issue lots of "challenges" in my weight management sessions, and I ALWAYS do stuff like admit I almost killed myself with smoking and etc.

But in this instance, I kind of felt like the Biggest Loser and not in the "money earning reality TV show" and (although I do sometimes think my job would make a hilarious Reality TV show, this biggest loser bit was in real life.

What a way to end my first day back. Fortunately my doc I share an office with was actually out with bronchitis, so like, we consoled and coughed at each other. I told her my biggest loser tale and she was like, "I KNOW! I almost ordered the wrong medicine just now! I have never done that."

I would tell you my employer so you could avoid it but I can't. LOL.

@chanelvaps Your dad has something sweet and tender in his appearance. But you look like something fierce, young lady!
My dad is my hero. German, not much emotion, but a stand up guy. He believes in hard work, honesty and making the best of what you have. A male role model from the last generation. Him on his tractor, this year, at age 86. And yes I am a tough chick, one who has always been called on to do what other more weaker females could not do. (probably why I chased away two husbands) I have owned and operated my own wrecker, learned how to drive a semi (to travel with an old boyfriend) and generally do not have many fears (driving in the snow maybe) I have moved cross country three times, dragging all my animals with me. I think in the picture what you see is more a disgruntled tweenager rather than a tough chick though.

My dad and me and my brother. In front of the house I am currently selling in So Cal. I can tell from the look on my face I was probably forced to get in the picture. I had probably just finished muttering under my breath and rolling my eyes. I was 12 so that explains a lot. My brothers graduation from junior high.

You looks so twelve in that picture! There are some of me looking almost exactly like that, right down to the posture.

Also, your brother was a very tall junior high graduate.

Got my first DNA75C mod today.

The buttons and options gave me a headache. I made a super simple UI, my first of many to come:

I'll post pictures of the mod (hybrid stab wood) shortly!
I use Jason Villamil's enhanced default Replay theme. I've tried a ton of other themes but the flow on his menus screens is perfect.

I change the lock screen with custom graphics but leave everything else default.

Anyone else ever feel the urge to find a new mod or five because you have too many atties without homes?
Maybe we need to chat lol.
I'm actually the opposite, more mods than atties I like. Outside if the profile, haven't been impressed with any atties I've tried lately.
