Well that's good to know..

truly it is.. I've never had an accident but all you hear are nightmare stories about premiums going up even if it's not your fault so I've been worried..

Thanks for sharing that..

I’ve never claimed on an accident, but my daughter was borrowing my car when someone rear-ended her. Uninsured, he tried to claim on me.

His front end was totaled, the car was it on a flat bed and hauled away. My car had a scratch about 1/2” long.

My ins assured me as it was clearly his fault, his claim was flat out denied, but, they had to pay for damages to mine.

By this time, I’d sent the car to my brother’s house so he could scrap it because it had well over 200k on it.

His sons (18 & 30) were playing with it meanwhile, crashing into trees, jumping hills...

I swear that car had one scratch on it, but when the adjuster came to look at it, it looked like a bait car from a monster truck show. I thought the ins guy was gonna faint.

I swore up and down, none of that damage was from the accident and he insisted on paying me for that damn scratch as if I was going to what? Fix that? Lol. But he promised no rate increase, and there was none.

The lousy part is, when I called to tell them my husband passed, and to take him off the policy, they wanted to raise my rates by 30%. I kid you not. So, one person driving one car at a time less that 25% of the mileage should cost 30% more?

afternoon all.
been slightly under the weather of late.
still enjoying the vsticking vk530.
got the ardent rda but in current state didn't fathom out hybrid mode. got the base off of it but the 510 is too long. there's probably a shorter one in the accessories box. nice, smooth, air flow.

Hope you feel better. Something yucky is going around and it lasts about 2 weeks. It’s miserable.

My lost vape mirage is here! Well, not actually here, but in Tucson. And not even at my house, it apparently needed a signature or something. The mailman left a card stating he had come to the house, at 9 am, which did NOT happen, he did not even show UP until like, 12 p.m. He also left a non-signature delivery package addressed to someone ELSE in my mailbox.

This does not inspire confidence. My husband is gonna pick it up though. Keep your fingers crossed for me POR FAVOR because, like, this appears to be one of the last new Lost vape Mirages purchased in existence and it was NOT cheap, and even if it were, I don't think I could find another.

I should have paid more for the non USPS shipping but it was soo not cheap I could not bring myself to do it. Probably a mistake.

Please cast a shiny rune to hope the odds are in my favor....

Anna

I ended up buying another one too to add to the collection. I really enjoy them a lot. I hope you like your as much! What atty are you planning on using with it? I’ve got a black Zeus single coil. Looks great.

Happy shiny week for me :). Blue double barrel v3 came last night, backup Fresia and a pile of replacement bubble tanks came today, Flint and Cube are slated for Friday delivery. Two more litres of nic just shipped. I have more than enough for me, but if I have to mix for my son in law, I need to up the stash. With a young baby, I need to keep him off the stinkies. Mint or tobacco isn’t going to cut it for him.

Would love to see pics of blue dbl barrel v3!

I see I need to rewrap those batteries!! Neither picture shows the blue truly. It’s a USNavy/Police blue. Quite pretty. Still pondering tanks, so it’s hanging with the Fresia for the moment

I had my dad sized wallet in my back pocket every day from 14 to mid 20s. I started getting really bad back pain and couldn't walk sometimes.

Now I still keep it in the back pocket, but when I sit down I either put it in my car console, on my desk, or on the table. Made a HUGE difference.
Please don't misplace it!!! Here carrying more than 1 debit/1 credit card is useless, so we take as little as we can with us. If you REALLY need something you can always go back!

I'm venting because I am upset..

Two days ago a girl at my husbands work hit my husband's car as he was pulling into the parking lot of his job. She said at the time she dropped something on the floorboard of her car and retrieved it, and by the time she looked at where she was going it was too late to stop so she hit my husband.

She hit an older Jeep Cherokee Sport in a newer car, so her car did this whole folding thing and our jeep had no appreciable damage.

The cops were called, and the officer who showed up said he had no jurisdiction over a private parking lot, and recommended they fill out exchange of information forms but pay for their own car repairs since the police didn't have jurisdiction to declare fault in a private parking lot.

My husband went on his merry way thinking the matter settled as they agreed with the cop to pay for their own repairs. (we have damage to a brake, but that seems like all the damage we've incurred and we didn't mind fixing it since the girl is an employee)

We got a call this afternoon from our insurance company, and this girl is trying to get our insurance to pay for her damages and apparently she is trying to tell them she has been physically injured too (even though when she was at work yesterday she had no such injuries) and trying to get money for that..

its like WTH????????????

Wow, just wow. I mean, she isn't looking at the road while her foot is on the gas peddle of a car, wrecks it, and is trying to get someone else to pay not just for her cars damages, but a pain and suffering bonus for being stupid enough to wreck.

this is the height of not taking responsibility for your actions, the height of all the greed that is wrong with people today and the reason why insurance premiums are so darn high..
Don't worry. As an accident expert it's easy to determine blame by the way and the place the car got hit. GET PICTURES INMEDIATELY so you can refute her. Insurance companies aren't stupid. If there were any witnesses (cops don't count) get names and phone numbers. It'll take time, but it's easy to establish blame.

Well there was one eye witness, she is going to give a written statement, and others heard the girl say how the accident occurred.

(She accepted the blame originally, told others it was her fault and how the accident occured, then l guess she decided to change her tune. People think it's because she might have a high deductible and wanted to get out of paying anything to get her car fixed)

So we have witnesses. It should be easy enough..

seriously thanks for the heads up.. :)

Isn't that the one that turns pink in the sun?
asMODus Colossal 80W Box Mod

I don't thonk so. I was out for a while today and it never changed. I think those are 10 bucks more. I don't want a mod that turns pink even though it's kinda cool. Like the mod gets a sunburn lol.

Yeah, I had one of those fender benders when making a right out of a Home Depot, and an idiot making a left hit my left front quarter panel. Like, it's daylight, dry, we're going all of 15 mph, and you still didn't see me? Did the exchange of info, no point arguing about it in the middle of the road, and took photos of both cars with my phone to show respective damage as well as the road, intersection, and condition of the road surface. I had to give a phone statement to the insurer and bottom line, I was making a right and had right of way, so it was 100% on him. Never got rear ended, but if you ever are, it's always on the other car for fault as they were following too closely to adequately brake before hitting you. I hope all goes smooth, but just supply whatever information you can and the insurer will handle it the right way. They're all too used to the pointing fingers stuff, and rely on standard driving laws to govern their coverage. And if it's not on you no premium change should occur.

So I ordered some juice today because, well, I was running low, and Breazy had some of the brands I wanted (some Cuttwood and Suicide Bunny). So I had a good reason to order. That was all I was going to get, but then I saw those poor lonely Pico Squeeze 2s' still sitting around on clearance and figured, hey for $30 are you really not going to add it in? Especially when it will get you free shipping?

@Eskie - I saw the pico squeezes too, and they had purple :w00t: but shipping to NZ was $33.44, which made it a tad too pricey for me ;) I've been keeping an eye out on local vendors for one.

@Skunk! - LOVE your lil colossal, that colour is awesome
Thanks! It looks even better in person :)
