The Boreas was very popular around here back then. TBH, I was one of the very few who wasn't a big fan of it. I did like the Merlin and still have 2 that see occasional use. But given the influx of squonk shiny with me all my RTAs are being neglected. I hope the don't end up leaking on me out of spite.

Merlins seeped.... All 3 of mine did, it was unfortunate but that press fit base was evil. @ccwaters eventually found a fix for it with an o-ring and pressing out the base, but I had long since gotten rid of mine.

There was another ECF'er who had some 300+ atties and was an absolute treasure trove of knowledge, but we don't see him around here anymore either.

Thanks...they look nice but i'm trying to stick at arounfd 22mm. I think that the FEV is 23mm but that's the biggest. I'm seriously thinking about the dicodes Illusia mod.....that's the perfect rta carrier IMO. Only problem is its over 400 euros

It's only money and it's a Dicodes... I don't see what the issue is.

The FeV was a great rta.

I was quite fond of the Big German too.

This is easier than making pictures right now (but I will take pics eventually when they are set up and on line)... the end of the month Shiny's were picked up this morning. I have a bunch of TC mods mothballed away, but don't want to dig them out. So I'll use the solid door on the squonk mod as it will run my second gold Profile Unity Mesh RTA (all 3 of my Fuchai's will be running these RTA's instead of using them as squonk mods). Another matte silver Profile Mesh RDA was also here today. I think I'll put it on either the silver Topside or on the purple Eleaf Squeeze 2. These Shiny's bring me up to 10 Profile RDA's and 6 Profile Unity RTA's. It's sad in a way, but I have been enjoying all these Profiles so much day and night that all my other mesh gear is on standby for now.

I've got a coilmaster gremlin bf bottle in mine that seems to be working fine for several days now (filling with a geekvape flask refill bottle, not removing to fill). I'm using it because the supplied bottles that came with my Luna had a noticeable plastic/offgas odor that came back even after washing. I've got gremlins in a couple other mods with no issues for several months.

Thanks for this. Now I have to decide what color bottles I should get. Black would look better, but I worry about whether it's sufficiently translucent to see the juice level.

I have 3 different black bottles and it is a pain to see the juice level in them, they look good in the squonker though.

A black one came with my SQ and looked great ... but I had to swap it out for a white one so I could more easily see my juice level

Hey all, just checking in. No shiny for me in the near future but I think that might be a good thing. I'm pretty satisfied with my current stack of gear. Also, if I buy much more, I'll have to re-think my current in-rotation storage capacity.

I actually have a small flashlight on my table that I use specifically to check eliquid levels in dark bottles.. (The Coast G20)

Had the same dilemma yesterday - wanted pink or purple bottles, but ended up just getting what showed as 'in stock' at FT

I picked up a few of the glow in the dark squonk bottles from FT and couldn't get rid of the chemical taste in them. Would have been a perfect match for the glow in the dark 810 drip tip that came with the AVS Boaz RDA.

If you are ever curious about DL RTAs, the Aromamizer Supreme V2 (25mm) and the Aromamizer Plus (30mm) are the only ones you will ever need, solid performers.

Steam Crave has as their latest release the Aromamizer Lite 23mm single coil postless deck. That they advertised for mtl/dL but I feel it’s not restricted enough for a mtl. Supposedly the second run will include a different af ring to tighten up the draw but I haven’t gotten the replacement yet.
