Wouldn't a thicker wire solve that?

Sent from my XT1765 using Tapatalk
Yes with thicker wire and better solder joints but no need as the limelight clone seems to be well built. 2nd day vaping....no probs so far :)

I just paid for some bespoke panels, drip tip and button for my Billet Box. They're going to be made out of this....

I'm really pleased as I have been waiting for several monthsfor this wood to come up...it doesn't come up very often as everyone seems to like the super dayglo dyed stuff....you know like the asmodus stabwood mods. They also go mad for a mixture of clear resin and stabwood.....To me you can't beat the natural look of a maple burl....these are going to look superb :)

I've got lots of chinese incoming too....fingers crossed it's going to be a good week :drool::D

Good morning shiners!

I’m glad you’re feeling better, but a word of caution.

My last doctor was an osteopath. I had headaches, neck stiffness, and other complaints. He manipulated my neck and back. I felt great the next day, and for a while. I kept going back for more, for a while, but I started to think there had to be a reason for the aches and pains. Maybe he was missing why this was happening.

I saw a couple other doctors- neurologists, pain management, a surgeon... turned out I had an old, undiagnosed neck injury. Lots of big words, most importantly spinal cord impingement.

My doctor had never even done an X-ray before cracking my neck. He could have paralyzed me.

Necks are dangerous. Folks have ended up with bad deficits after manipulations. I have significant arthritis in my neck with nerve impingement topped off by spinal stenosis, which is a narrowing of the spinal canal, no pressure on the spinal cord itself, and no surgery for me until it gets to that point. Cervical laminectomy is kinda scary as the spinal cord is right there and if things go bad, well they're really bad. Lower back laminectomy is more common, and sometimes doesn't relieve the pain, but at least there's no spinal cord down there to potentially mess up. My physical therapy for my neck helps a bit, but it's got to be done gently or I'm outta there.

What sucks for me is I know a handful of Motrin would be great, but because of other medical problems I'm not able to take any of those class of meds. So I'm stuck with either tylenol (useless) or stronger pain meds. I'll use them but very sparingly for obvious reasons. The worst is if I have to do something like take the subway at rush hour and have to stand and hold onto the grip above my head. Getting yanked around as the train starts and stops will make me a very angry person. At least it hurts too much to take my anger out by beating on the guy who accidentally bumped into me on the train. If it didn't hurt so much I'd probably have a long string of assault charges by now.

How's the 510 behaving? Any more squonk problems after that one event? (I hate finicky 510s) Also, does it take a 24 mm tank or is it a 22 mm only? I usually only use 22 mm tanks on the mechs anyway with simple builds, but it's nice to know the flexibility of it. Granted for $22 USD it's not a big thing, but inquiring minds and all.

Still doesn't beat my all time best squonk buy. A Desire Cut on clearance for $12. Only a single 21700, but the size is great compared to the Rage or say the Basium. And generic bottle compatible. I'm a fan of the Coilmaster Gremlin bottles. Granted about 1 ml less juice, but the silicone is just soft enough but with good expansion to suck the excess back down, and a nice top with a catch cap for any drips back down the exterior of the tube. And they're cheap, with free shipping in the US direct from Coilmaster.

Hi Eskie :)

The 510 seems to be behaving and hasn't done anything untoward since that last incident. I'm still not sure how a 510 could move and temporarily block the juice access. Maybe something to do with the spring under the pin which incidentally you can hear if you tighten the atty down too much. I think it probably needs some intelligent care and use whilst taking atties on and off :)

With regard to atty size i'm using my 22's on it as they look best :) However it will definitely take a 23 mm and i'm pretty sure 24 mm although the rounded finishing from the top to the shoulder of the mod may leave a slight gap....hang on i'm going to put my pulse X on it....ok...the flush fitted 510 plate is exactly 24 mm and you could definitely get a 25 mm on there. Here it is with a pulse X on it :)

Hope this helps :) I'd get one if I were you :pervy:

Yep, because the higher up the spine you go, the more functions can be affected. And the C spine is designed to have a lot more range of motion than any other part of the spine. The further it moves, the higher the possibility of something going wrong. And it isn’t stabilized by the rib cage, like the T spine is.

You might want to try Salon Pas patches. They stink like mint, and they don’t do a thing to relieve inflammation, but they seriously help with the pain.

And, I’m not against osteopaths, or adjustments, I just think they ought to be aware of any problems they can’t see with the naked eye before they go tweaking you.

I'll try and find it later...the point of posting is that the rocks are red around here too....i've had a few US clients who have said it looks like Nevada :)

Yup, tried those. No go. Tried Lidocaine patches as well. Another bust. But I'll live with it as long as I can before resorting to surgery.

Good morning Shiny's
Supposed to reach the 90s this week so broke down and turned the air on.:( While I'll miss hearing the birdsong I certainly won't miss the lawnmower/weed eater noise.
Are they competitive in your neighborhood? One year, a guy on my block got a new, bigger mower. Within a few days, all of the neighbors got bigger mowers, each bigger than the last.

And if one guy mows, they ALL mow. Whoever mows first wins. So we start every mowing season mowing on Friday. Then someone mows Thursday, so someone else does Wednesday. We are now at Monday. I’m half tempted to get up and start my mower every day just to mess with them.

I will say the guy across the street does a great argyle pattern on that big ol’ lawn. He was trying to explain to me how I could get nice straight lines and a cross grain pattern.

I said, “Straight lines are okay, but I prefer something more creative. I’m going for paisley. Can you make out the paisley pattern there in the back?”

I’m proud of what Himself has built, he’s quite meticulous with details. Ours will just have screens. Since we’re subtropical, I can keep my orchids outside year round, just bringing them in for the brief cold spells. The screens are key here, to keep the mosquitoes and other flying beasties outside. And the fans to make being outside bearable in the heat and humidity. I’m jealous @stols001 of your future sunsets! No view here, except a yard full of citrus trees. I will miss my geckos on the nook windows though.

I bet a nice turtle pond could help you forget about the geckos.

Luna is wonderful 8) Here is our fluffy white Madame Pompadour (she believes she is aristocratic but is really a tart). She talks a lot, different sounds for various topics: Brush me NOW!!", I have no water, I've done a sh*t so deal with it, where are you.. and many others.

She has a habit of throwing herself on the floor with an audible plob right under your feet and she stole her tail from a dog - it wags constantly! She does not like menthol vape, but is interested in mint flavours as Catnip makes her drool and leave the planet.

hehe yeah. It's a real thing... If my neighbor happens to beat me to the punch I always take my grass a notch lower than his. The line of demarcation is easier to see that way.:)

I have spinal stenosis along with nerve problems in my left shoulder and upper back area. It was so bad the doctor suspected I might have a pancoast tumor. That checked clear, but the pain persisted. I won't do opiates because of personal reasons, but found Gabapentin to be extremely effective on those days when the pain is bad and persistent.

late afternoon all.
friend came over saturday and helped me tame 2/3 of my small garden. wild it were. left some of the sprawling stuff that's still in flower as the bees are loving it. my fragile frame not enjoying it quite as much. not the usual hip and knee thing. this time it's my back. better living through chemistry etc.
in brighter news it appears to be the school summer holidays which means that the homeward commute is a tad more pleasant. not a whiff of social media which pleases me.
my purple luna is still in transit somewhere. did buy some of those double sided nail things for bringing up the stab wood should it be required.
whipped up a booking site for my brothers fiancée's beauty business. maybe i can get more as payment... not that I'm looking for any.

OK it's finally Shiny Pet Day:

Here's my lil night owl who suits her name Luna perfectly - she's most active from 3am - 10am (so am I believe or not ;)), she's got the sweetest, most placid personality (apart from talking a lot) and she is a complete snob to the rest of my family :lol::lol::thumb::thumb::thumb: - which I LOVE  If anyone else but me comes inside, she hides under the bed til they are gone (I wish I could too ;))

So we are a perfect pair (except she talks more than me) :D
