dang it,sales tummy then stabwood to rta's back to tummy and round out with yoga.i see your back to normal.

Yop, Doc fixed meds. It was refreshing he called me on his first day back he totes knows that calls saying "I NEVER SEEK YOUR HELP CALL ME NOW" are best dealt with ASAP,

Frankly, I can never stay mad at the dude, because Unlike SOME doctors (who shall remain nameless evil doc) he's just easy to talk to he's not dumb because he knows if I do my research or not, So it is a short, efficient conversation. He told me to do some stuff *I* would not do, but because I understand I am an outlier, completely, but I should probably do the "Recommended" thing so I do not argue even slightly either.

So in 3 weeks I should feel like I'm not wearing lead boots (that's about right time frame wise for us hyper metabolizers) and my fine tremor will be gone. I can live with that. And, just as I trust my doc to believe ME I was like okay I will taper because he was like, "Technically that is a third of the dose you need of valium, comparatively," And I was like, "Cool, because frankly ATM I sometimes feel like passing out so I feel like a delicate, new to benzos flower, but that is because even MY liver is like, UM there, Anna there, I need a bit of time to get used to chewing through THIS.'

No more fine motor tremor though,

Anna

Yeah you'll have to cut some....equal on both sides or it'll wick more on one side than the other.
@Zazie I found it's actually best not to trim. I only trim when really neccesary. When I trimmed I almost always leave one side more than the other. I'm talking tiny, but it makes a difference. Wet cotton takes up way less space than dry. Best is to wet the cotton well then trim it to just lay on the top of the juice channels. Right there where the deck and channel meets. The channels then feeds the liquid to the bottom of the cotton. Cotton (especially to much) inside the channel can obstruct the liquid from flowing.

You’ll end up like me, Zazie. Sunday I clean and build all my atties. It’s only Tuesday and these already need a re-do.
I fear I am much more likely to treat gear maintenance as I do housework (let everything slide until I can't stand it anymore and then grumpily do something about it). This honeymoon ain't going to last.

Did you watch the video? He talks about packing a heroic amount of cotton into the coil. There's no way one would want to keep all that mass in the tails, it seems to me, but I'm an absolute beginner, so what do I know?
I probably SHOULD watch, but I continue on willy nilly with my method, which so far has worked. Put as much rayon (twisted at the end to persuade it to go in) as will fit without yanking the coil all wonky. A dental pick gifted to me by my lovely dentist helps on stubborn wicks. Trim, comb out the tails using a metal eyelash comb, then even out the ends again with scissors. Combing seems to thin it out enough, straighten the fibers and get rid of the sheddy bits. Super technical,I know ;)

The cotton don't want to be stuffed inside a channel as the juice mostly wicks on the outside of the cotton. When its stuffed in there, it don't wick well.
As someone told me, you don’t want to strangle it in the juice well holes, leave it breathing room.

While you are in honeymoon stage ;) build and wick as many as you can stand. Then just work your way through them until you start finding favourites :thumb:

I have 1 mint doggy that gets rewicked every couple of days, it's my wake up and drink coffee vape - so I look after that. The boysenberry project x gets attention whenever it needs it, as I'm loving it so much.

Then I have a lemon RTA, a raspberry RTA and a cookies & cream RTA and they get rewicked very very occasionally ;)

I suppose I could build and wick without juicing anything up. The wicks would need fine-tuning when the time came to use the tank, of course. But I know I'm going to want to try them out right away, for now, anyway. It might be a little nuts here for a while.

I usually have an orange, a lemon, a yogurt/cheesecake, berry/grape rtas in rotation. Sometimes have a couple more with apple/pear and tropical mixes. Getting to where I like to drip more often usually using up singles. Love that I've found a couple rdas I can drip with my normal 8mg juice.

Our WiFi has been absolutely crap for the last week. My sis got hold of the provider and they sent out a technician who found no line faults (it's ADSL), and then a new modem.

I installed the new modem, and it was still crap and dropping all the time ;) Then I went on a hunch, and changed the WiFi channel. Hey presto - no more dropping connections.

They day the WiFi went crap, we had a plumber and an electrician doing work above & below ground, installing a gas hot water system. And my sis got a new microwave.

Obviously one of those things was interfering, or the possum playing on the telephone line, finally jumped off ;)

Yeah, and so did the electrician AND the ADSL technician ;)

This is an example of the system used. I'll take pics tomorrow of one of our systems and its connectors

'This honeymoon ain't going to last.'

Everyone has their own way of doing things... I certainly do. There is nothing at all wrong with that. It could probably be said that I am the King of Procrastination when it comes to fiddling with my gear anymore for what amounts to be just fiddling with the gear to be fiddling with it. Instead I continually strive to make my vaping as easy as it gets, incorporate new ideas as I find or figure them out to that end. In contrast it seems that some folks are over zealous in fiddling with their gear... recoiling atty's every day or two, rewicking multiple times a day, full pit stops on the gear biweekly or weekly, etc. With the amount of gear I have they would be a full time 7 day a week job if they were all online and being fiddled with constantly (in part why most of them are NOT online). To help keep it simple with the 25-30 setups I do keep online I dedicate all my gear... an atty to a mod and a DIY to that combo that they will run (that also has many other benefits). With those dedications and that many setups being continually rotated day & night day after day they do not need much fuss to keep them online for weeks to months. Mostly just to clean and rewick the atty (and bottle if a squonker) if I change to a different DIY in it, and occasionally a recoil.

I'd rather be vaping in the shade than tinkering with the gear anymore.
