I get my first 1K productivity bonus next week. I have been fairly productive but that is Tier 1. I ca go higher. Decisions, decisions. Half to my debt, 1/4 to savings, maybe I will get another Danibox 21700.

I got a deeply confusing text from head box dude and like, I have no clue where, with whom and etc (well evil boss) and like, jeez, don't ASSUME you are so important, HEAD doc, that I know your cell number OR that I know how to deal with JOINT messages.

I finally texted mystery number only that I was a tech luddite and unless I heard otherwise I would be at a) place ready to discuss b) thing only GOD. It's at 7:30 am and that is usually when I am cowering and PREPARING to go to work. Sometimes, stuff sucks. LOL.

I was cutting off a coil leg - 28 gauge (!!!!!) and snapped my flush cut pliers. No idea how, I mean you can snap off a 28ga leg with your fingers

What? That's ridiculous for them to snap like that.

I've had a pair of Plato, Model 170 shears for several years that I've used for cutting wire and other metals for jewelry making. I also use them for cutting wire for coils now. They're made in the US and were pretty inexpensive several years ago. You might want to check on their availability.

Good morning shiners! Cool but lots of new lakes all over the place. Pretty bad by my daughter with a bathing suit needed to go out but it sure isn't like hanging out in South Beach. Fortunately it doesn't flood around me, but I'm still glad I don't have to play Russian Roulette with the subway this morning.

In other non-shiny news my daughter signed her new employment contract and negotiated both a raise and a sign on bonus. On the downside, the exhibition she curated as a pop up show has done well selling for the artist, but they got some flooding in the space with these storms. Fortunately no art was damaged and I believe she's hard at work with a shop vac and fan getting the space ready for the afternoon.

On a sorta shiny note I have a package still sitting at the Shenzen airport without any progress. Getting a bad feeling on it, but I'll give it another week before opening a ticket. No evidence it bounced back to FT but you never know.

No worries @stols001, hopefully you'll get it sussed. Mine leaked on me recently again, couldn't be bothered with rewicking and cleaning so I just put different liquid in the tank.

It then just decided to leak and flood on me, typical.

And I hope that you manage to muddle through this week without too many pitfalls, the forums aren't the same without you.
