I ordered two spools of wire off eBay last month.

The listing has been removed now such that I can't even message the seller and my package has been stuck in Shenzhen since 10/3.

At this point I'm certain I'll never see the wire and likely just out the money for it since I can't even send a message about the item.

what I find frustrating is that things like wire are used for making jewelry and parts for heating and cooling units and more, it's not specific to vaping and never was..

Are HVAC tech's now going to have to buy "tobacco products" for their small parts and components?

I mean, at what point do we declare nationally that calling pieces of metal "tobacco" is ridiculous?
Sorry to hear about your wire order. I think a lot of the bigger places may have just been shut down altogether. I think the fda may have gotten on them. Companies may have to rework their packaging with no reference to vaping to get supplies by them.
It's a shame that the masses just want to be told what to say and do. Few people think for themselves anymore. Those in power only seem interested in lining their pockets with no regards to the social and environmental costs. What they're doing is nothing short of mass murder for money, but that is really nothing new.

What needs to happen is for a grass roots campaign to attack the laws allowing politicians to profit from the lobbyists and their own private business interests. In the UK a politicians ability to manipulate stuff for personal gain can result in prison.

The system in the US is far to lenient in this area hence all the corruption. It seems to me as far as fake news goes the US takes the biscuit.

Sorry, rant over :)

afternoon all.
forced update to windows 10 from 7 enterprise at work. sigh. was offered a 'new' pc (cast off from another department) but explained that I've tripled the RAM, fitted an SSD and a second graphics card to the machine i have and they should leave it well alone which they did.
today's setup is the druga foxy with a falcon king on top along with one of the boxes of billet.
my xeta has departed on east. i hope it behaves better than the package that royal fail just lost from the US. completely vanished between depot and local PO. suggested i pick up a claim form. that's of little use when the contents were unique and irreplaceable. numpties.
there's another terminator film? why?

I kinda miss mine but it wasn't getting any use so I sold it along with the Combo RTDA, all the spare decks and a Hohm Wrecker G2 LE to a customer for $60 CAD. :thumb:

He got a he'll of a deal and doesn't use it as he is still learning to build. The Limitless Plus was an awesome RDTA, NoJoy's best offering to the vape world.

Someone did get a great deal! And yes, the L+ is an amazing RDTA. I've had a few other iJoy tanks and this is by far their best offering. I think it's really among some of the best RDTAs released.

We do have strict laws. But the politicians are amazingly creative at working around them. They must take some kinda special course before they're allowed to run for office.

There has always been and will always be corruption where there is power and money. But part of the current problem started with the demise of the fairness doctrine.

Which allowed a certain ‘news’ station, when challenged by the FCC shortly after they came in air, with falsification and misinformation, to simply say they were not news per se, but ‘infotainment ‘. I’d never heard that word prior. I had to look it up. It applies to gossip rags like The Enquirer.

Another part of the problem is that especially in certain areas of the country, this ‘news’ station holds several places on any cable service.

Another part still is, that any clown can and does write online.

When you look at all the sources for misinformation and compound that with people who adore an echo chamber, you get the flat earthers and the anti-vax crowd.

And there is no reasoning with them because they want to believe what they believe, facts be damned.

Aarrgghh! Tracking with USPS shows my pipe shipped at Colorada Springs on the 15th, hit Denver on 16th, left Denver on the 17th, hit Memphis on the 19th, left Memphis on the 21, and hit Miami (international dist. center) today. Now, I hope, it will finally head to Canada and then we'll see what kind of Canadian tour it will take. Looks like next week at the earliest :(

I'm quite looking forward to the new terminator film although i'll probably wait for the free on tv version....sorry to hear you lost an irreplaceable item!! What was it?

Glad they didn't take your computer :) I've decided that my next one is going to run like lighting so currently intend to go for one of the xps systems by Dell. Just waiting for a big paycheck and then i'll push the button. Its going to cost a few grand but i'm fed up with Photoshop being a pain. Hope your doing well mate?

No you don't not strict enough....far too much private enterprise allowed and undeclared interests.

Canada post seems reliable but snail like. I get quite a bit of stuff from Toronto and although it always gets here it takes an age....worse than china in fact. Hope you get your pipe soon....a nice Ataman V2 adapted and a lovely look out the window with coffee vape awaits :)

i used to love building my own PCs. got lazier as I've got older. was a very keen photographer at one time. keep saying I'll get back into it.
the lost package wasn't vape related. would rather it was because then it would be likely i could get a replacement.
mustn't grumble here. good to see you've feeling a bit better.

I have not tried the Ataman (perhaps I should) ... but I do have a range of suitable RTAs and RDAs.

If it's speed you want for PS and maybe video editing, the factors that make a big difference are obviously a competent CPU, but lots of RAM and an SSD. "Gamer" video cards are of no real benefit unless of course you're a gamer. If you do 3D renderings, then a pro level video card from the Quadro series is about your only option, and you'll need to get it as an add on yourself unless you're getting a custom PC built for you, or from an overpriced "professional" line from Dell. Also remember the bigger the PSU the better. A lot more flexibility in the future. I'm not sure if Dell gives you any option to select from on that.

Unless you're working with giant uncompressed TIFFs and 40 PS layers, you'll be fine with 16GB on the board. And a fast i7 latest generation is more than enough for even batch RAW conversions with lots of customized options. The real killers on hardware these days are 3D rendering and gaming, and require different solutions. But for PS and even Premiere and After Effects, really lots of RAM and a big, fast SSD will make your life far more tolerable.

Good morning shiners! Decided to do something a little different last night. Broke out my Limitless+ built out with dual quad core fused Claptons came in at 0.16 ohm and stuck it on my Triade. It’s a really nice vape. Forgot how fast it runs through juice even with a 7 ml well/tank on the bottom. Nice change of pace. Still really good flavor. Not sure why I stopped using it regularly. It’s dead simple to build and wick. Regardless having fun with it today.

I have a limitless plus and have never even used it. I should play with it soon.

Yes do try it... FT do an inexpensive clone that is really well done. I was so impressed I build it for a really good throat hit and flavoursome relaxing evening vape sometimes. I have it as wide as it will go and you can just about get a very slow restricted DL with it... I love it :)

Looking on FT, the V2s are discontinued, but there are some generic V3 clones, and slightly more expensive YFTK V3 and V4 clone available (the V4 looks like a significant design departure, but is the only one with reviews). Hmmm. Any thoughts?

Mexican standoff on the screen porch. Monk can let himself out, but can’t get back in. Cat is standing firm on not helping him . She’s a lazy old gal though, no tearing anything up... more of a master napper!
