I think, for a full ban state, any kind of vapemail counts as shiny!

How goes the hip rehab? I'm sure it isn't easy, especially with MS ... stay awesome.

The recovery is slow and tedious. Today I’m in a lot of pain for some reason and my hip/thigh are a bit swollen. No redness or warm to the touch so I don’t think it could be a blood clot. I take aspirin 2 times a day and do all kinds of exercises to prevent clots 3 times a day. The visiting nurse or physical therapist is coming tomorrow so I’ll mention it to them. I’m DEFINITELY getting a bone density test after this to see if I need to take certain supplements. Thanks for asking about it.

Hi Charlie just checking in to see how you’ve been feeling- hope you’re doing well. Lots of healing energy being sent your way (otherwise known as prayers to most people!) :)
Hi Sara.... Thank you very much it's really good to hear.... And everything helps. Starting 3rd chemo next Monday so remaining positive that it will go better.

Hope you're taking it steady and are not getting too frustrated with the slow recovery..... Sending hugs

Remember, resting is a part of recovery just like PT and making sure you do your exercises. Listen to your body... sounds like it’s telling you to take the day off and do nada!

Hang in there. It will get better. I know the frustration all too well, but at the end you will be in a good place. Just follow the docs and PTs plans and it will improve. And faster than you think.

A friend of mine had a bone density scan and came back rather poor. Her doc is giving her some yearly injections. I guess it’s helping a lot. Sorry, can’t recall the name of it.

The rectangle wire came today. I'm sold. This stuff is amazing! Clouds like clapton wire bit ramps up fast. Thanks @Hightech Redneck for the info.

All y’all can laugh, but I’m carrying an Amighty in one pocket and a Lustro in the other and my pants are staying up! :D
Not laughing at all, I love mine. Very handy to have on at work especially.

I've had one of those scans, my results didn't come back too good either.
